this is only a suggestion: I would advice having your bicycle business at home (maybe in the garage). Simply because you'll be spending more money in keeping the business open and running and not that many sells that will cover the over cost, possibly due to jealousies and prejudice.
the grip you used on your torque wrench is incorrect. You have to hold it at the distance to the end where it is calibrated at. The way you tighten it down, with the wrong grip, will yield the incorrect torque values. Parktool has a video on this.
