- Hey y'all,
I started my garden a few weeks ago so here is the start of everything and an update! Every year Zara and I try to grow something like peppers or cucumbers. you know, something you can look at and actually tell that it's ready? This year we decided to try a bunch of new stuff and get some pretty flowers. What are y'all growing this summer?

Your brocolli will get a large head of brocolli right in the center of it. It is going to get much bigger than it currently is. Your mustard greens have bolted due to the heat. They don't like direct sun.... your cabbage is going to form a round ball in the center. Be sure to fertilize.wand warer good due to the heat. Good luck 😊

Throw them out. Once they have bolted they don't taste good. It is hot and happens to all Brassicas in this heat. Pick up some seeds from your local garden center and start them over. Move it to a more shaded area. Welcome to gardening.
