I studied in a government school where muslim students also studied. few of them were brilliant, few were not. those who were brilliant did well with their career. my family fought with poverty as other poor muslim families fought. The guy comes from Kashmir and had Urdu literature as his subject - speaks volumes - the system is fair to everyone, and the muslims in India don't have a historical baggage unlike the Dalits. People not selling or renting out property is a societal problem (which has to change) and is as much true for lower castes as for Muslims, the system is unfair when builders refuse to sell flats or the government refuses to allot property.

1) No affirmative action: Why do Muslims need affirmative action in a society which doesn't discriminate? There is affirmative action for Dalits to remove the social stigmas of centuries.. Unlike Daltis, Muslims ruled India. Muslims have to look inside to improve.
2) Success stories among Muslims: She is lying that only Muslims from elite are benefiting. Abdul Kalam who reached the post of India's president was from a poor family of a Village. Most of the Muslims in Bollywood were not born elites then were able to reach this level because there was no discrimination.
3) Accommodation: Where are Muslims living if they are not getting accommodations? There may be a few cases where some people discriminate but that is not a rule.
4) on the other hand there are a number of Muslim areas where even police cannot go to arrest a culprit ( I am sure even some European countries have this problem)
There is a Muslim village in south India which prohibits non-Muslims from entering.
5) Representation Yes there is low representation of Muslms but partly it is due to lack of education among poor. If muslims prefer to go to Madarsa to get religious education then how is govt responsible. In fact govt has been giving tax-payers money to madarsas . It maybe a fact that Pak was created out of a failure to reach a compromise, but FACT is that the ideology on which Pak was created was a separate nation for British India's Muslims. A separate nation of Indian Muslims, as Hindus and Muslims are separate peoples with separate histories and the two cannot coexist. Moreover, after B'desh seceded itself and given that as many Muslims exist in India that concept is redundant and ergo, Pak has no raison de'tre. That's a fact.

The guy comes from Kashmir and had Urdu literature as his subject - speaks volumes - the system is fair to everyone, and the muslims in India don't have a historical baggage unlike the Dalits. People not selling or renting out property is a societal problem (which has to change) and is as much true for lower castes as for Muslims, the system is unfair when builders refuse to sell flats or the government refuses to allot property.

Hardliner Muslims don't have the ability to make good decisions so they qualify in small chunks for decision making high stakes jobs and they are not hardliners of course. and those little chunks are also because of hindu blood as these are all convertees. for instance find one Arab Muslim who can qualify for a single Indian exams. Even these two little Muslim ladies are convertees.

Descrimination against any community can be at several levels...
1. At Constitution level....... no descrimination of muslims or any other group.

You've to understand that ancient residents of the Indian subcontinent were not as factious as today's residents. These differences have only come in the last 60-70 years.
