    Description
    Ingredients:
    500 g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
    1/2 cup cream (malai)
    2 tbsp yogurt
    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp green chili paste
    1/2 tsp black pepper powder
    1/2 tsp garam masala
    1/2 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp salt (or to taste)
    2 tbsp oil or butter
    Wooden or metal skewers
    For Garnish:
    Sliced onions
    Fresh coriander leaves
    Lemon wedges
    Instructions:
    1. Marinate the chicken:
    In a large mixing bowl, add chicken cubes, cream, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, green chili paste, black pepper powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt.
    Mix everything well so that the chicken is coated evenly with the marinade.
    Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
    2. Prepare for grilling:
    If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.
    Preheat your grill or oven. If using an oven, preheat to 200°C (392°F).
    3. Skewer the chicken:
    Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers.
    4. Grill the chicken:
    Place the skewers on a preheated grill or in the oven. Brush them with oil or butter to keep them moist.
    Grill or bake for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char
