Yup!! Been doing it this way for years. I've tried many things, plastic produce keepers, fridge paper, etc....this is the best way! Also, placing greens in a a paper bag with a paper towel thrown in works, too.
If you prefer not to have to babysit your greens in the plastic, use aluminum foil....Wash, dry, lay paper towels on foil and wrap it loosely....I’ve had greens of every kind keep for more than a month....I actually do this with ALL my fresh produce....Things that stay on the core I dampen a folded piece of paper towel and press it against the trimmed/clean core bottom....😁
I used to do this but then I saw a video that suggested a damp paper towel so I do that with arugula, kale, etc and they seem to last longer but I am going to try a dry paper towel for my spinach and see the difference.
Hi i wanted to know if its better to cut spinach beforehand or only as required an also is it better to wash spinach beforehand or only wash as required
But you put the paper towel in the middle of two layers of greens in your demo?

thanks... great idea... I am going to try it with a container of arugula that I bought on sale yesterday and it's already starting to go wet.
Thank you!!
What if I put a paper towel on the bottom and on the top?
Sounds good
Whats Salad spinner?

don't work for me , it still gets soggy and slimy
Put a paper towel on top instead and just flip it upside down when you store it
Great idea
Nice voice😅
