Sea water being good for cuts is an old wives tale, it is due to the saline(salt) that people believed it was but it contains millions of microscopic bacteria which can cause a nasty infection.. firstly you apply direct pressure and elevate it and then use cooled boiled water and salt or at a push bottled water and salt and bathe it and apply a plaster when it is dry xxx
While I agree with the converse comment in terms of running, converses are a great cheaper option than alternatives for weightlifting due to the flat sole.
@@katieevans514 No they are not good for anything even walking more than a short distance! i should know after years of study into sports injuries and a background in Anatomy and physiology and Human biology after a successful career in dance so there isn't much about the body i don't know!
@@tijay8507 firstly you don’t need to be so passive aggressive about it but I was just saying because I’ve been doing weightlifting for years now and I have been told by coaches and by pts that converse is a great alternative to metcons etc DUE to the lack of support.
