They had this problem several times during the series. The episode where they vanquished the Titans. The Titans are wearing Birkenstock, the next minute they are wearing tennis shoes. And, in the episode where they vanquished Zankou, one minute Phoebe has tennis shoes on and the next minute she has high heels. I'm sure there were probably more but those are the ones I remember.
To be fair, Prue did press her sisters to make sure they always brought appropriate footwear for their work. Also to be fair, the shoes Phoebes really wanted wasn't on sale. Those boots are absolutely tacky!
I think it was also a lessen from higher powers to tell the witches there are times when you can’t save certain people sad it had to be him but when it’s your time
What about her power growing up whereas in the first season she had frequent premonitions about a man having a car accident in front of an hotel, about a collar at Buckland or even about potential dates and lotery good numbers! So her powers declined and now they grow again. 😅 (Or just the writers make compromises with reality haha)
My favorite part about this is how Piper is totally not into Phoebe dating Miles and constantly looks annoyed...especially in the opening scene before this where the two go to kiss and Piper just shoves right between them.
Yep. I feel like the Charmed Ones can't catch a break in their love lives. Prue tried it with Andy, and Jack. I don't think Jack would have handle Prue's secret the way Andy did. Piper tried it with Dan, but after what he saw, Dan didn't want any part of Piper anymore.
@@teamsteed1 Didn’t work out with Piper and Dan because she was meant to be with Leo. Phoebe true love was Cole but she was too selfish and self absorbed to see it. The writers done Cole dirty all around. And finally Andy was Prue’s true love. He would’ve accepted her because he actually loved her but actor who played him wanted out of the show so they killed him off.
One of the best episodes of Charmed as final destination episode 👑 Really amazing past and future Piper meeting and at the end interesting how Phoebe and Paige didn't remember that they were killed and turned into ashes, the best killing ever so creepy.Did Piper tell them later what happened and how she saved them? The most mysterious episode with time loop.
Phoebe’s premonitions, same for all witches with that power, r connected to the grain design. Gaining visions only as destiny says of what and why. But for other creatures can get visions anytime they want for any reason. Her strong emotional ties to Miles bypasses that. She never held on Cole that tightly before he became the source, and how she let Miles go real well after some talk with Piper. The story here was tragic, but not emotionally logically. P.S. Phoeb’s still blaming Cole by this 1 line latter on, “This has everything to do with Cole.”. She’s a definite bittered ex-wife, that refuses to let go of her grudge.
She gets premonitions she is not supposed to get and suddenly the Angel of Death decides to go for the Charmed Ones for the cosmic balance? That's basically the Plot here.... wtf... they executed this "problem" way better in season 7 in which he employed Piper to clean up the mess, but not killing the charmed ones actively, since he is neutral and even saves Paige to keep the balance with a trade that he didn't need to make. And the writing of Phoebe was a catastrophe in season 5. They even pounced on that in season 6, embarassing her constantly through her new power of empathy, something she lacks in season 5. Also that Cole needed to die was weird... mid season 4 Paige turned from being altruistic and also empathetic in her own style to hostile... If she was like "I think the hollow thingy backfired big time and got Cole possessed by the Source", they could've still been like "You're acting crazy", but later figured out a way to strip him of the influence... after Phoebe became the Queen of the Underworld already... And even if vanquishing was the only way... why did Phoebe acted so damn selfish in the last episode instead of trying to find a way to bring him back as a human, an innocent. That writing sucked.... especially since he saved their lives on numerous occasions, especially Paige's life in Season 4.
@@chaoticstudent1815 Except that Cole was NOT possessed by the Source, he became one. Yes, he was corrupted by evil source powers but somewhere along the way he made a choice because he LOVED the power. That was still him. Phoebe asked him what was going on and he CHOSE to stay silent and keep being the Source because he never actually liked being ''just'' a human. He saved his lives, you say... How many times did he try to kill them in s3 and 5? You say, he saved Paige - he also active gaslight her and alienated her from Phoebe to silence her. Again, he was not possessed by the source, he only consumed his POWERS. In s 5 he again tried to be good or neutral but was again corrupted both by his powers AND his Phoebe obsession. Why didn't Phoebe try to save him in s4? Well, because she could forgive him for lying to her (and missing the chance to be saved), for poisoning her with dark tonic, isolating her from her sisters, controlling her, impregnating her with the spawn of evil against her will and dragging her to the underworld. There is a line somewhere, you know. Cole was a metaphor for a man who could not overcome his dark tendencies and addictions. He wanted to change Phoebe so that they could be together (that never works). Phoebe, on the contrary, finally understood that you just can't change someone. He then started stalking her and literally imprisoned her once again. Being an ''innocent'' was NOT his nature. This was a metaphor for a doomed toxic relationship. Was it perfectly executed? No, but the message was clear. Once you grow up (something I wish for you too), you start understanding that they weren't really compatible in the long run.
@@yevgeniyaleshchenko849 I think you skipped season 4... It's literally mentioned by the Seer and the Source over and over again, that Cole ist fighting back to gain control over his body.... and he did several times... saved Paige from the power brokers and was almost able to get rid of the sources powers and influence thanks to the wizard... but a manipulated Phoebe stopped this from happening. And if you watched the Episode "Womb Raider" you will get the information, that the Seer carefully planned everything in advance the moment she knew the old Source won't make it. The rest in season 5 was just bad writing... Julian wanted to leave the show season 4... it's a fact... but Brad Kern wanted to go on with Cole, even having an affair with Paige to which Julian and Rose responded with "No". So they "made" him evil, being corrupted by his new powers, so they would have the perfect exit for him (really? They had no better idea to come up with for Julian to make an exit to the show?) Ok, since we're through with that now, we should talk about your angry attitude. What did I do to you to be treated in such a harsh and condescending way? Ever thought of seeing a therapist? I mean it, seriously. So much anger and hatred has a source and you should definitely see to that. Your arguments are not becoming stronger by treating me like dirt, you know? I would appreciate a more tempered tone. You want to be treated with respect the same way I want it to be. So please think, before you answer my comment. We can disagree or agree all we like, but all I'm asking for is a little respect here.
The only reason why Phoebe wanted to save this innocent because she's dating him😅😅 fun and joke aside the angel of death would of been a great appearance in this episode
In this one time ep, the angel was acting like in Final Destination. Cause through out other times, he just stands there and waits to collect his souls.
Notice Phoebe’s shoes changed to uggs boots when she was running with piper then back to her heeled boots
You just beat me to this comment. Running with the black high heeled boots was probably difficult and/or painful.😌

“Should’ve brought Paige at-least she could orb.” 🤣

I never understood why Phoebe kept getting premonitions if she was not supposed to save Miles
Her powers had grown to the point where she could premonitions whether she was "supposed" to or not.
