Schneider lamps distribution for students

Sunbird Trust, in partnership with Schneider Electric Foundation India, is bringing light to the remote villages of Dima Hasao, Assam. Despite the challenges of bad roads, dense jungles, and long treks, the team distributed 350 solar lamps across nine villages, including the farthest ones, Buolmuol and Thuruk. After hours of walking and navigating tough terrain, the team worked late into the night to ensure no family was left in darkness. These lamps are not just lighting homes- they are enabling children to study, families to cook safely, and communities to thrive with renewed hope.
