Thank you Thank you Thank you. What a great video. Made me feel great inside. You certainly have a gift in your lens. Keep on filming. A fan, Devon UK.
No problem, @memunns, it's compliments like these that make me want to keep posting videos! I grew up watching train videos on VHS since I was young, so it's kind of amazing to know that kids are watching MY videos now. Thanks for the kind words everyone!
While not one of your newest masterpieces, every time I come across this video in my suggested videos to watch, I do just that. The beautiful weather, great performance by 142, and great compositions and camera movements really make this short video come together magnificently! This is definitely a favorite of mine among your many other great videos, Joe!
The replay button has been abused. The dual angle shots have my head spinning. It's really a shame that a select few found the ability in their hearts to dislike this video...
Great video! The steam at speed! The old cars! And personally for me, it is great seeing passenger cars that I grew up with on LI still in use, and looking great btw! How fast was this train moving in some of the quicker passes?
I rode behind this locomotive on a Christmas train in 1991 when I was 4 years old. Santa and Mrs. Claus came aboard and I told Santa I wanted a train for Christmas.
My 2 year old son watches these videos every night! Thanks!
So many of your shots look like they are straight out of a movie, especially the ones where the sun glints off the side of the train. Nice work, Joe.
At least we got ONE good Chinese built import....WHAT AN ENGINE...WOW ! GREAT JOB SHOOTING ! NICE AUTOMOBILES NICE TRAIN !
Really enjoyed your video, thanks for posting.

The deep three chime you hear at the beginning and end of the tape was an IC steamboat.
Excellent video Joe. You really make an art out of trains.

Awesome
Great video
Well done, Joe. Great angles, settings, lighting, audio. If you ever release this - or any of your similar work - on DVD, you've got a buyer!

The problem was i did not have the bell screwed snug against the bowl when I put it on during the day. Not going to make that mistake again i hope!
Awesome Joe! This was the charter that was held in November right?
Die Qualität dieses Video's ist hervorragend !!! Empfohlene Einstellungen: 1080p HD,Sowie Vollbild-Modus ! Einmal ansehen genügt nicht! Grüße Bert

The whistle squeak at 1:18 and 2:12
what sort of whistle does she have on?
She had "i'm assuming" a Hancock Longbell 3 Chime at the beginning, then it was replaced with Reading 6 Chime.
There was also a 5 chime that was used
oi pessoal tudo bem oi
