PLEASE READ! SINCE THE PUBLISHING OF THIS VIDEO, IT HAS BEEN DISCOVERED THAT FAULTY CORNER BRUSH MOTORS WILL ALSO CAUSE 4 BEEPS FAULT! IF AFTER CHECKING YOUR MAIN BRUSH MOTOR THE FAULT STILL OCCURS, UNPLUG ONE CORNER BRUSH MOTOR AT A TIME TO SEE IF THAT CLEARS THE FAULT.
Due to popular request, this video will demonstrate how to disassemble a eufy brand robovac, mainly to access parts related to the four beeps fault for stuck brush. This video also covers sensor cleaning and bumper switch issues.

This video solved my issue. EUFY 11 Model. Runs for 87 seconds and then generates 4 beeps. If you hit the "Play" button on the remote, it will run for another 87 seconds and then halt with a 4 beep alert. This is just the video I needed. Your complete disassembly is so clear and easy to follow. Thank you. I took the transmission a part as you show, the motor was so tight that it took me a few tries to get it to turn with my bare fingers. I blew the motor out; sprayed it with a quick shot of brake cleaner; sprayed it with Electronics Cleaner; and put a couple of drops of 3in1 Oil on each end of the shaft. After spinning the motor by hand for a few minutes, it would actually continue to rotate by the momentum of me spinning it with my fingers. I put everything back together and it runs like new!!! It now runs 90 minutes with no alerts. Thank You! subscribed!

Really useful video. Thanks a million. I managed to fix the problem. My 4 years old son is fascinated by the video. It's educational as much as entertaining and helpful. I would never dare to unscrew all those screws without your instructions. Great job, thanks again.

Great video! I don't think I would have attempted taking it apart without your video. I have Deebot N79 for 18 months. Have a hairy dog. Use it to clean 3 rooms in-between weekly

This worked great for my 15C Max, thank you! For anyone else reading, the main difference is that the larger screws aren't sized differently and there are 8. Also, 2 additional small screws must be removed from the roller housing area to be able to pull the vacuum apart. Once again, thanks!

My brush motor wasn't working. I got the unit apart before I found the video, but it was great to have positive reinforcement - thank you Al! The motor was a bit stiff to turn by hand and would not turn with 9v across it. BUT, while I was searching on line about a replacement, it got more and more free. Seemed plenty clean as did the transmission. I put 9v across it again and it spun fine! If it happens again I will spray some contact cleaner in and lube the shaft. Can't seem to find an exact replacement.

Thanks so much for making this amazing video. I just fixed my Eufy by following the instruction. Was almost going to buy a Roomba. Now I saved 400 bucks.

Al, thanks so much for this video! I had already contacted Eufy customer service and they basically told me that this RoboVac is a throw-away but they would 'graciously' give me a 15% discount toward the purchase of a new one. The tip from wojciech pointed me to my problem. The motor would not freely turn, There was an accumulation of debris between the little gear and motor housing that I removed with a straight pin (tedious process). After doing this and before reassembling the entire unit, I plugged in the battery and brush motor and activated the power switch. Only then did the motor turn. Afterwards I reassembled the entire unit. Thanks again for your efforts in making and posting this video! Larry

Thank you for explaining what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and especially making sure the wires are tucked it before putting it back together. I had to figure all of that on my own and wondered why other videos didn’t easily explain it. Thought I should make one but yours is perfect. Great job.

Man, you are a lifesaver! I was having the four beeps problem and followed your video step by step. As with you, there was absolutely no debris on the motor, it was completely clean, so I was a bit disappointed. However, as you did, I also put the battery back and made the test, and I didn't get the 4 beeps anymore! Even with the motor super clean, could be that the belt was a bit stuck or something? No idea. Whatever it was, I am just super happy that just disassembling and assembling everything, has given some extra life to my Robovac.

I was able to fix my vac thanks to this video. Lots of fur tangled around one of the motor gears. Thanks.

Thanks for the video, which took the guesswork out of disassembly. Since I'm used to working on electronics I was dreading a bunch of ribbon cables and fragile wires, but thankfully this wasn't the case with my robovac 11. I cleaned hair from the bearing housing which you cover in another video and also cleaned the main roller motor which had hair stuck between the black spindle and metal motor housing. I'm glad the vac gave me overcurrent shutdowns before any serious harm was done. By the way, I went one step further in your bearing cleaning video and removed the round brass piece which had all the stuff stuck underneath it. I couldn't clean anything by only removing the shaft itself. Thanks again!

Thanks! This is what I needed to get my DEEBOT 79n running again. Brush roller issues. Taking the motor apart worked!

I have an ECOVACS Deebot N79. This fixed the issue I was having with mine. It would run for a few seconds, about ten or so, and then do the four repetitive beeps. After taking apart the motor I found a bit of hair and lint. Once I removed it and brushed all the surfaces for added measure, I pieces it back together and it’s working perfectly! Thanks for the instructional video!

Excellent video. I'm impatient and hesitated at the 27 minutes, but it was well worth it!

further to my previous message, I just spent some time cleaning the motor gear shaft with a needed and hey presto, now turns freely! Fixed - even though I have gone and ordered a new motor from ebay! Still, your video saved me binning it and buying a new one! thanks dude!
