Episode 3: Balloon Spoon

On the third day of spoon carving, I carved a wide bowled balloon shaped spoon. As always, carved from greenwood with sharp hand tools. I had to adjust my design because I split off some of the handle while doing axed work. Just going with the flow and working with what I have, enjoying the process.

Ya I hear ya! The knife work and hook knife is the best in my opinion. The axe work is cool too but I didn't mind that being sped up!
