have you ever tried using a scorp, or other curved knife which has a blade that goes all the way around? I got a non-circular scorp from Strongway tools (I know there's a bit of contention around strongway), and I'm a huge fan. It's super stiff so it hardly ever chatters. Great content as always!
Scorps are great! I do own one, but the radius isn't quite as comfortable as my larger Twca Cam. Like you say, the rigidity is a great addition to the tool for stock removal and switching hands! Strongway are crafting great tools 🙂👌
The fluid movement between grips and cuts shows how much skill and experience you have.
That's one beautiful spoon.
Thank you so much!

The live videos tend to be a little last minute, but I will be aiming to have a set date weekly! Any suggestions of days that work best?
