Lo que me queda muy claro es que al ser una joven divorciada, la indemnización por divorcio debe haber sido muuuuy alta en dinero. Porque es cierto en esa remodelacion se gastó muuuuchisimo dinero. No es de gente pobre. 😂😂😂😊

También lo que me queda muy claro es que el camarografo se creía estar en un carrusel girando arriba de un caballito de madera. Es muy buena la remodelacion espero les sirva de hospedaje turístico y no sólo de hogar. Tiene potencial para pequeño hotel.
El vídeo es muy malo pero por culpa de la cámara. Puse modo silencio para soportar verlo. 😅😂

So these geniusly, talented young people must have a load of money to buy all that cement, paint, landscaping, demolition, cleanup, heavy machinery, gravel, labor, etc., to renovate these abandoned houses. Just so we can waste 1-2 hours watching them do all this, but we NEVER GET TO SEE THE FINAL RESULTS.
Not watching any of these again.
Not accomplished on shoestring budget for certain! Lovely, but undoubtedly beyond the reach of many.

U should planted flowers 💐 in your garden....don't put grass in your lawns instead put fishes pond surroundings areas in the garden 😉 😊...plant more fruits trees 🌳 and put stones into the driveways 😊
That must have been some big divorce settlement to afford all that! All very nice though! Hope we get a grand tour of the whole place when it is finished!
This is not renovation. It is building a modern structure. More than 90% of the material was hauled in to add or replace onto the site. I do not see any of the original part of the old house at the end. The original walls were all plastered over. Concrete, tiles and woods covered the floor and stairway. Roofs were replaced with new timbers and tiles. Not even a door or window refurbished.
This was kind of mud house (at least partially)and very old one. It's not the stone house where you can do some pressure washing, stone pointing and call it a day. I would be also replacing whatever tf l can in fear of black mold, dust and whatnot. The main goal is to make the space livable. She didn't bought it to preserve national heritage but to build a home. And yes, if only few walls from the old house are still standing it is a renovation.
