- Went out for a chill ride on the Cannondale Topstone 4, but the chain kept dropping off the cassette. Probably will reindex the gears to see if that will fix the issue.

If this was a new bike that you bought from a bike shop and you are dropping chains plus having indexing problems, then it was likely not set up properly the the bike shop. If somehow you did get the bike from a big box store, then it is very common to have the bike not built properly.
Yeah I think it was not set up properly by the shop, which is surprising since it’s a reputed shop. It’s alright I’m swapping the groupset out soon so it shouldn’t cause many more issues.

should always have a mutli tool .... super easy just limit the rear derailleur from going too far.

not to be mean but thats a setup issue. probably your limit screws are not right. I've been running microshift for years and its been working really well.
Yes 100%. I haven’t had any other complaints with the groupset except for this. It was just surprising because the bike is essentially brand new. The issue has been fixed now!
