- This video is about the first week update on my weight loss journey (stomach fat). I lost 20 pounds in a week and I’ll be sharing what i did, tips and tricks to help you all on your individual weight loss journey.
Firstly i detoxed for the first 4 days, i took apple cider vinegar and lemon and warn water every morning for that whole week. I also stopped eating late at night and lastly i did exercises for bloating stomach, trapped gas and indigestion.
