Using Snail to throttle Backblaze restore downloads

It takes a while for the speed change to update in the Backblaze downloader, but it shows that using the Snail app, you can throttle the speed of the download so that you aren't maxing out your connection when downloading big restores. Pretty handy app!
I also recommend Backblaze for online backups.
