Using Snail to throttle Backblaze restore downloads
Переглядів 213 місяці тому
It takes a while for the speed change to update in the Backblaze downloader, but it shows that using the Snail app, you can throttle the speed of the download so that you aren't maxing out your connection when downloading big restores. Pretty handy app! I also recommend Backblaze for online backups. snail.murusfirewall.com/ www.backblaze.com/

Just some quick nvim iOS development. Building in XCode still, but the LSP is sorta working (needs a recompile when files change and even then seems to be sort of off)

macOS app switching with karabiner
Переглядів 29010 місяців тому
My setup of switching apps in macOS using karabiner. I don't have to use command-tab much and I can jump directly to the app that I need. In addition I have swap slots so I can assign different apps to the same key based on the context of what I'm doing. Hope this is useful to someone. Thanks and God bless!
what is advantage using neoVim than xcode? I am currently interested in other ide
It's a lot easier for me to navigate and edit text in general using Neovim. You can create a lot of custom keybindings and stuff like that.
How did you did this ❤
New video coming soon explaining how to set it up!
What about telescope-fzf-native.nvim?
If I'm not mistaken, this was using telescope-fzf-native.nvim - It doesn't seem to speed up stuff by much. The real slow bit is telescope parsing the output.
that is such a cool nvim config, could you perhaps share it, or at least the font? thanks.
The font is Ac437 ToshibaSat 9x14 from The Oldschool PC Font Pack int10h.org/oldschool-pc-fonts/fontlist/?2#toshiba
