I love the Christmas trees and house with the napkin!! So smart to use an embroidery needle to string the beads! I can’t believe you put napkin flowers onto the beads wow that’s pretty extra Yami 🤣😯good job!!!💕💕💕💕
All of your diys turned out beautifully, as always! Love what you did with ornaments! They are gorgeous! I love your wooden pieces. They are so pretty! When I apply napkins, tissue paper, paper, or fabric, I apple the mod podge, let it dry completely! And then I grab a piece of parchment paper, put it on top of your mod pode surface, then iron your paper, ect.. No wrinkles!😊 Your mini nutcrackers are adorable! Your beaded garland turned out so beautiful! It's special that you & your daughter made it together!🥰 As always, thank you for sharing all of your hard work, creativity, talent, and inspiration! Stay safe, healthy, and positive! God bless you and your family!🙏❤️😊🇺🇲🎄
Hi Yami! Great ideas! Everything turned out beautifully! Love those napkins, I can see why you wanted to use them for some crafts. They really made a huge impact on all the things you did! Great job, and thanks for sharing!❤
Hello there. Love that you resumed preparing DIYs. Those napkins are so delicate and can be used to decorate in many seasons. Last Christmas I tried a new to me technique. I used mod podge (MP) on a small canvas to cover the canvas with my most priced delicate antique design napkins. What I did different was to apply MP to the canvas and let it slightly dry until it was just tacky before applying my very thin layer of napkin. It was a game changer. Minimal to no crinkling. In some areas I was able to lift and reposition before pressing down. I place my hand in a sandwich bag before pressing and that also gives me a lot better control. [My experience with plastic seran wrap was that it gets too wet and the crinkles in the plastic would lift the napkin.] I let it fully dry then I did my top layer of MP. I was in disbelieve how perfect it turned out. Honestly, it looked painted on. Hope to see you try it sometime. I know it requires a little more time but the result was worth it for me.
The iron method works amazingly well. Probably better than anything else on flat or larger surfaces. Let the MP completely dry. Apply napkin and cover with parchment paper, then iron to reactivate MP. It's become my favorite too when rambunctious little hands are not around.
Also I started using a sandwich bag with my hand in it last year and I didn't even know anyone else does this! works pretty well .....the warmth of your hand almost acts as an iron!
I Love them all , but the first white bulbs were my favorite! I really loved the Sweet Helper helping you ! I Always love doing crafts with my Daughters and the Grandkids when they came along! ❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️
That garland looked like a lot of work, but man the results were beautiful! Totally worth the time. I love the blue and white pattern of the napkins you used too!
The ball ornaments are my favorite but wow, what an impact these decorations will make. Who knew a blue floral napkin could make such beautiful CHRISTMAS ornaments n decorations . I love this idea. 😊❤
I like them all. Your children will love all the magic you have created at Christmas. I hope you and your family are doing well and the house is coming along smoothly. Give Nelson a hug! Take care, Jan
Oh my goodness you just proved that the possibilities are endless when it comes to crafting with what you have on hand! These ornaments are really cute!!!
They were all great, but what a genius idea with the beads, the garland has unlimited possibilities, I have so many napkins I'm going to go through them and see what theme garland I can make. Love it!
Yami! How can I possibly pick just one favorite? All of them are my favorites! I love blue and and the different shades it comes in! Thank you so very much for sharing. I have been missing you DIYing, lol.
Yami I do love the blue napkin design. Somehow remind me my childhood. I remember I seen this kind of blue flower design but I don't remember what was it. Thank you for the memories.🫂🎉
Love these! I think those ornaments are gorgeous! The Christmas trees could be used to hold the napkins in between. That garland is wonderful. Glad to see you back crafting too! 🤍💙🤍💙
Love that pattern you used and how it makes the theme so cohesive. The first ornaments were so classically stunning. Glad to have you back crafting, thanks for participating at such a busy time! Merry Christmas in July❤🙏🏾
The ornaments are my favorites.... love the blue theme for Christmas... Hope all is well with new baby....it's no wonder that you don't DIY often!! Your life has been so busy this past year❤😊
I love the natural wood and blue floral theme. My favorite was the first white ornaments that you made, but I love the cohesive look of the entire collection. Very creative.
Jami, these are all beautiful. I love them all. You definitely have patients for the beads. You did a fantastic job just as always. Your daughter did a good job cutting those out. Try to get some rest.
Girl!! I'll take you crafting in any way I can get! Obviously life has thrown you some curve balls but I miss your crafts or even a look for less video. So great to hear you and see some crafts again!
These are all gorgeous, I love the blue and white theme. Pretty certain I have those napkins or tissue paper like that. I love all your projects, I can’t pick a favourite. You have way more patience than me Yami. I love decoupaging but tiny things get me too frustrated cos I can’t see well enough but also cos my hands hurt with arthritis and then I get really frustrated. You’ve done an awesome job on everything Yami and you had a great helper there with your daughter. TFS.
These are all so beautiful with the blue and white napkins! I love the trees and house - probably my favorite and a chance I might do them. The beaded garland is absolutely gorgeous but I don’t think I would have the patience to attempt that project.☺️
Absolutely stunning! It's been a while since I've crafted. I've been lacking inspiration for various reasons. Thank you for getting me back to crafting. Sincerely.❤️🙏
I have missed watching you craft. All of your projects are lovely. All that work on the bead garland was worth it because it turned out stunning. (Of course that's easy for me to say; I wasn't the one doing all the work!)
Soo pretty and blue is my favorite color !!! 💙 ......I love the bit of napkin on the beads ,it makes it look like the china or whatever blue porcelain ones!!! Love seeing you craft ,but I'll honestly watch any and everything you put out !!!
That little tree is adorable!!!! You can use distress oxide on the “wrinkles” of the napkins and make it look antique/vintage. Just subscribed! I love everything you made!! ❤ from Florida!!
The bigger ornaments were gorgeous. Actually, everything turned out "over the top." Don't think I have the patience to decoupage beads! They sure are pretty!!!
Yes, I do think you were crazy to Mod Podge the tiny blue flowers on the white beads. Having said that, they look beautiful and I can’t imagine that beaded garland without the sweet blue flowers. I’m so glad you were able to find some time amidst everything else to do some craft work. Thank you for sharing.
Ok, when you started Mod Podging the napkins pieces onto the beads I thought you were losing it. Way more patience than I would have had, but I must admit it makes the garland co-ordinate with the rest of the ornaments vey nicely.
These all turned out absolutely gorgeous. I love the blue and white theme for Christmas.
I love the Christmas trees and house with the napkin!! So smart to use an embroidery needle to string the beads! I can’t believe you put napkin flowers onto the beads wow that’s pretty extra Yami 🤣😯good job!!!💕💕💕💕
Yeah about halfway in I was like “what was I thinking?” 🤣🤣🤣

The first ornaments, the white ones you made with my favorite, but everything was great and it’s good to see crafting again
I love the blue and white theme.

Thanks for the tips! Will have to try it out. ☺️
Have you tried the iron method? That works perfectly every time. It's my favorite way.
The iron method works amazingly well. Probably better than anything else on flat or larger surfaces. Let the MP completely dry. Apply napkin and cover with parchment paper, then iron to reactivate MP. It's become my favorite too when rambunctious little hands are not around.
