Bicycle Ride from INOVA Mount Vernon Hospital to Dale City 6/21/2024 (1 of 2)

This video, part 1 starts in the blue parking section and exits onto Hinson Park Rd, Right turn on Parkers Ln which changes to Collingwood Rd down elevation to George Washington Memorial Parkway. There jumped on the Mount Vernon Trail which linked up to the Mount Vernon Memorial Hwy Trail out to Richmond Hwy (US Rt 1). Hilly ride South to Lorton Rd and west to left on Workhouse Rd to Ox Rd (Rt 123) south, following on it to Old Bridge Rd.
