I don’t currently work now and I’ve forgotten the brand of dispenser 😅 but yes we manually pump the brown sugar simple syrup since the sugar level is adjustable for all drinks 🙌
Thanks! Manually pumping is definitely the more affordable route (but might not be as consistent) as compared to an automatic fructose dispenser. But an automatic dispenser can easily run a few hundred to a few thousands of dollars, but it’s more consistent no matter who makes it. Love all your videos! You’re so quick on your feet. So precise! Not wasteful even when it comes to making smoothies. A lot of baristas end up with so much extra in the blender. I watched your videos until 4am yesterday 😅 Hope you’re enjoying Japan! 🇯🇵

we use evaporated milk for the Thai ice tea and condensed milk for Vietnamese coffee and the avocado smoothie!
