Copyright/IP Notice: Most of the effects seen are not from stock nodes but added in post with various editing softwares. All sounds used are compiled and edited by myself as well. This star wars animation is fully made in stick nodes but has editing effects applied with adobe after effects and davinci resolve. All sound effects used have been compiled and edited by myself as well. Please note that while the title says “stormtroopers”, they are actually modeled after clone troopers but the weapons they use are modeled after the weapons stormtroopers use. Originally this animation was supposed to be a simple soldier military animation but I got bored and thought i’d spice things up with star wars stuff. If you guys have any animation ideas please let me know but I’m mostly likely going to take a break from animating in general since it takes up too much of my time and i’ve been incredibly busy recently. Thank you for all the support tho and the subscribers! I might do a subscriber special animation soon if we reach 1000 subs.

This is kind of lore accurate to the Star Wars canon, like the armor of the clones not holding against bullets, because in one of the games that we play (republic commando) in one of the maps of the campaign(the acclamator) the ship was invaded by trandoshans that were using slug throwers(the shotgun and the mini-gun) that are basically the equivalent of ballistic armament of the Star Wars weaponry, paired with normal knifes against face one clone troopers which is the most durable and protective of the clones armor. Which led to the crew of the acclamator dead, even the commandos that were the best of the republic that are comparable to Jedi said that the guns were efficient and deadly and gave them hard time.

@@johnjames6365 I wouldn't be too sure, through out the clone wars show we seen seen clone armor not doing well against ballistic based weapons. For example in the Orto Plutonia arc, the natives easily imaple clones with simple spears. Adding ontop of it. An honerable mention would be endor with the Ewoks against Imperial storm troopers. The various instances of clones and stormtroopers dying to blunt force trauma from equally strength species or stronger.
@kreimer1702 Agreed. Plus there's a lot of different types of ammunition that could go into or through Phase 1 or 2, 308 or 50BMG having the best chances with that.

the thing is. is the clones don't know how to treat bullet wounds and we don't know how to treat plasma wounds.

Each side has their own advantages and disadvantages.
US military:
Advantages: Utilizes ballistic weapons that can go through clone armor, home field advantage, known for using enemy tactics against the enemy, trains how they fight, each soldier is unique.
Disadvantages: Technologically inferior, longer training time, soldiers are not born for war, cannot just make more soldiers
The Republic:
Advantages: Technologically superior, blasters are usually a one-shot kill, armored vehicles are more suited for mobility, more soldiers can arrive using FTL technology,
Disadvantages: Armor is made for blasters not bullets, armored vehicles have various weak spots that can be exploited via AT (anti-tank) mines, blasters can malfunction in the heat of battle, "Bad Batches" are usually elite groups and probably would change sides after discovering they are the villains.
Technically the clones have the even longer training time of 10 years as they are raised as soldiers. The average US army infantryman only has a training time of a few months at minimum, maybe weeks.
Most Republic vehicles have glaring weakspots. The AT-TE for example has an exposed driver and an extremely exposed and vulnerable gunner. Additionally the legs of walkers are quite vulnerable (though the AT-TE does seem to have some redundancy and can move without at least one leg).
The walkers would also get bogged down in rough terrain (especially mud) much easier.
We don't even need to talk about the clones' aim

A huge disadvantage the clone troopers would have is that their blaster bolts would expose where they are quicker than a bullet would because you can see where the blue blaster bolts are coming from.
If you’re hiding then you don’t want to expose your position.
Also I think blaster bolts are slower than bullets

That sounds more like guerilla tactics if you need to hide. These guys seem to walk forward in gigantic lines like the Colonial times only with far better technology. I think their lasers would be the problem. We can only fit so many missles on a fighter jet or chopper but their lasers have an endless supply and better fire rate. I assume they would pierce the armor of our tanks, humvees, battleships, etc

I love that you made the US trooper not _aim-bot_ perfect with his shots with the handgun. A really nice touch that shows the potential inaccuracy that is actually part of real-life warfare. And you even did it from an aiming-down-the-sights perspective to better showcase this. Very cool!
This reminds me of the disney animation where they showed the stormtroopers, had a moment too where they planted a flag. I love it.
I personally believe that an Abrams would be able to break through an AT-AT’s armor while withstanding incoming high-energy laser rounds. However, the AT-TE’s angled armor and mass driver cannon may make it a much more challenging opponent. Aim for the legs I guess.

I keep seeing comments arguing and questioning the realism of this animation so I'm just gonna say a couple things.
1. When I made this animation, I had no intent of being lore accurate (the clones in the animation aren't even holding the right weapons). Yes, the clone troopers did miss a lot but that was mostly intentional to mock the accuracy of their aim in the actual films. I animated this to practice sound design and special effects, not to make a lore accurate film or depiction.
2. "Clones trooper armor is bulletproof" - While I had no intention of being lore accurate, I did do a little bit of research out of curiosity before animating. No guys, clone armor is not bullet proof, it is bullet resistant. Clone armor is made of plastoid (resembling plastic but stronger) that can hold up against shrapnel and perhaps some small rounds. However, larger and more powerful rounds (5.56 M995, 7.62 M993, etc.) could more than likely effectively pierce through their armor.
3. "The ATTE resisted a tank shot" - Tank rounds can ricochet.
4. "Clones are better at CQB" - Clones were primarily genetically engineered for accelerated aging and following orders effectively, not to be superior in physical capabilities or combat skills. While clones (in canon) did have some hand to hand combat training, it wasn't extensive and was pretty limited to basic stuff. Modern soldiers, and in the setting of this animation, PMCs, go through extensive martial arts training and are pushed to their limits both physically and mentally. Clones were simply built to fight in numbers and to ultimately be expendable. Also it's just an animation I made the PMC win the hand to hand fight because it was easier to animate lol.
5. "Clones would easily win" - Yes they would prolly win, but not easily. A lot of people don't realize just how technologically advanced modern weapon systems are. Modern fighter jets do not have to be fast anymore and have actually become slower overtime due to their extraordinary targeting abilities and technologies. If a battle between clones and the military did happen, we would most likely have air supremacy. Republic aircrafts would be shot down before being able to detect jets and anti-air defenses. As for ground combat, we have home advantage, air supremacy, icbms, and believe it or not we have more soldiers than they have clones. But ultimately the clones would still win because of Venators.
Anyways there you have it. Call me a nerd or whatever, I'm just tired of seeing the same comments and arguments over and over again from these star wars meatriders. Feel free to reply to this and let me know your thoughts.
A Galactic Military has vastly superior technology, Numbers, Infrastructure, and Industrial might tho that would be interesting seeing America getting a taste of its own medicine.
Not only that but it’s also unfair because we on earth have only begun to explore our most local solar neighbours like the moon. The Galactic Republic has an Armada of
Venator Class Star Destroyers,
Victory Class Star Destroyers,
Aclimator Class Assault Ships,
Dreadnaught Class Heavy Cruisers,
Arquitens Class Light Cruisers,
Careck Class Light Cruisers,
Consular Class Frigates,
Pelta Class Frigates,
CR90 Class Corvette’s,
And by the latter stages of the war Imperator Class Star Destroyers and Tector Class Star Destroyers. Plus a plethora of huge Battlecruisers and Super Star Destroyer predecessors. In the Maelstrom’s, Praetors, Prosecutors, Secutors, Mandator 1s and Mandator 2s.
In atmosphere Airial Combat I 100% agree that’s where earth would shine as long as no Jedi shows up especially not Anakin, our fighters have missiles that would tear through any Arc170, Z95 or V19 Torent long before they ever could get in range.
On the Ground depending on what vehicles the clones deploy. Vehicles like the ATTE, is very large and our tanks could out manoeuvre and ambush it if it’s only the ATTE. If the clones deployed TX130 Tanks alongside the ATTEs they could more effectively counter Earths Tanks and protect the huge Walkers allowing them to dish out their powerful main gun to decimate any earth vehicle. If backed by longer artillery support from AV6 Canons the Clones would basically be unstoppable. Also Clones have shown that they are definitely able of fighting against none droid combatants, the 501st legion, 7th Sky Corps, 21st Nova Corps and 327th Star Corps are just a few examples of that.
Unless you bring a Spartan or Spacemarine into the mix Earth isn’t winning the fight at all even then the Jedi are superior to both aforementioned super soldiers thanks to force enhancements.
I do agree with many of your statements tho they are very valid especially in the airial combat Part that’s where the Republic would suffer the most and perhaps that would also cause greater casualties on the ground because if the earth armies (why only USA?) had air superiority they could dish out tremendous casualties to the clones.
Honestly, i am actually quite surprised that CT armor is even bullet resistant at all.
But anyways, i loved the animation and i am eager to see more of your projects.
@@MCLegend13 Yeah that’s what I was basically saying that in the end we would still lose because we don’t have starships. Aside from that, long range missiles would effectively take out any ground vehicles, aircraft’s, and as for the jedis they can’t really dodge bullets so.
I would like to add that clones are trained for primarily blaster combat so they aren't used to modern firearms. Blaster bolts are also a lot slower than bullets meaning the clones would possibly have a chance to dodge a blaster bolt but with a bullet, there is no chance to dodge it, especially at closer ranges.

People have widely speculated that, since ceramic has very high heat resistance, modern ceramic body armor would be quite effective against blasters, plasma guns, etc.

Hmm, the video though is lore accurate since Clone and Stormtrooper armor are designed to fend off blaster shots, not bullets. I've heard they were designed to dissipate the heat of the blaster shots rather than to become a steel wall.

That's in the old EU, nowadays (actually even before George sold SW) it has been shown that plastoid doesn't fare very well against physical damage. As fully armored clonetroopers have been killed on screen by: animal bites, primitive spears, a metal spear and one even got punctured by a metal plate in such a way that he was pinned to a wall.
So if such things can easily penetrate clone armor, a rifle bullet which not only has much more kinect energy but is also designed to penetrate armor would have no issue penetrating clone armor.

Clone Commandos lost 50% of their total forces on Geonosis. Presuming that Republic command is as dumb as ever, they would take even more losses. Not saying that the commandos themselves are bad or anything, but the Republic relied *heavily* on them and put way too much strain on the commandos. And unlike the CIS, our forces would actually be trying to win the war.
Also, with our air superiority, clone pilots would be absolutely wrecked.

To be honest, In the end. It's was plot armor for the PMC. Clones should have shoot him on sight as soon as he releases. Clones is trained from being born, and their reaction is faster than we think.
And yet, Blasters have 200-1000 shoots in ONE Magazine, and usually Clones doesn't shoot full of magazime, because either they die too fast or just fight is too short.
would more than likely be a stale mate because both sides are well equipped, well trained and has many numbers and allies. Their would definitely be heavy losses on both sides.

I like the animation. But in my opinion I don’t really see the army winning as clone trooper have around 9-10 years of training then serving under the clone army, The clone army would slightly lack in numbers but they would overall win this, Due to ground vehicles, air vehicles, tech superiority ETC

Yeah, the animation was incredibly nice but the Clone army would win. Note these aren't stormtroopers, the stormtroopers who were mostly civilian conscripts these are, clones who were trained for 12 years for battle, although their armor may not hold up against bullets it's still incredibly durable able to disperse the impact of lasers ( I think ) probably nearly as strong as concrete. So the clone army may take the dub for this.
As a Star Wars fan, not seeing a DC-15A, DC-15C, or a DC-15x in the clones hands annoys me, though the animation is so good I can’t say I care enough to look at this all negatively. Also the humor gives Trepang 2 vibes

Well, in reality, the stormtropers were very poorly trained and besides being much cheaper and only had standard training, because they were a police force than a soldier, as they were not in war

It’s funny cause I think clones/stormtroopers would absolutely get destroyed my modern troops, just tactics alone. When you watch the show they all just stand in the open and shoot. Barely ever use cover or concealment. Also shrapnel weapons would tear right through there armor, not sure about there vehicles armor but sure nothing a TOW missile wouldn’t punch through.

@@MCLegend13 Although clones are indeed superior to stormtroopers, their tactics are terrible, many of them lack a sense of self-preservation and their accuracy is quite mediocre as they often miss several shots (from less than 30m away) when dealing with CIS droids, who advance slowly in neatly organized formations.
These factors above would already make them have difficulty fighting modern armies, which take a more careful approach to combat, using reasonable tactics, no matter how basic. And considering that plastoid is not bulletproof it means that the CTs would have even worse chances when dealing with modern armies, especially the US' which is the most experienced and well financed.
in this scenario earth has broken ties with the republic and declared retaliation on any attack committed by the clones, jedi, or any supporting army of the galactic republic.

The droids would probably win. By numbers, but they'd still win, and they have the best tech out of anyone but the Empire. Missiles, droidekas, bioweapons, etc. All would be useful against Earth. Earth's nukes also wouldn't be that useful since the radiation wouldn't do anything to the droids, only the actual bomb itself.
Earth would probably largely capitulate to the CIS. Also, the CIS, unlike any of the other SW factions, has a proper aquatic navy with all kinds of advanced submarines, meaning they could easily cripple world trade and hold important ships hostage, which the other faction probably wouldn't do

@@bullbuster944 No they wouldn't. The droid army could deploy millions in single battles, whereas on Earth we'd only deploy millions per campaign. The sheer size of the army would be a huge worry for the globe and WMDs would probably end up being used.

US army is more accurate and durable, due to their armor not being actual plastic. However, the Clones are better trained, can fire hundreds of rounds without reloading, and their armor is MUCH better against environmental hazards.

Firstly, I'm not sure that armored glass is not worth it in AT-TE, and secondly, the clones are shown as shabbily as possible, like stormtroopers who can't hit anyone. Secondly, the most stupid move at the end is that the PMC was somehow not searched, and the clone did not have a cartridge, just admit that you deliberately underestimated the combat strength of the clones
Stormtroopers can hit people, the clones simply aren't that good. Also, the clones not having searched the guy is easy to explain - clones don't normally take prisoners, they generally execute their enemies

Great animation, but I'm really nitpicky. Those massive walkers would be gone in a second by an f-16 or an a-10. And abrams move way faster. Also, the armor on those massive walkers us made to deflect blast fire. Not metal and steel armor penetrating rounds. Sorry, but the U.S army would solo the clone army. Even if they're out numbered.

It can go either way. Clone Armor isn't very resistant to projectiles, but American level 4 ceramic plates couldn't stop lasers.

Really great, but I think that at te would destroy abrams only using main gun, ist secondary guns are like Bradley's bushmaster, it won't penetrate Abrams. And walker's front armor isnt angled, so abrams would be able to penetrate it with APFSDS ammo

I have one gripe and its with the knife i dont think that the knife coupled penetrate the armor, correct me if im wrong. If you with the last science stabed him between the armor plates i think that would have added more realism. But great work blew me away I didn’t think this was gonna me that good

That last soldier bruh, makes 0 sence reallisticaly would not even be able to win a 1v1 against a clone, and the Z-6 clone missed all his shots bruh not even a Stormtrooper would miss all those shots, 1:03, and yeah armored glass exists even in our world and some can resist that, I'm pretty sure an at-te would have just as armored glasses, but besides the dumb stuff, good animation.
Yeah, AT-TE glass is very durable and is even rated for the vacuum of space.

Probably in the video there is an Abrams version of the M1A2, but if the plasma weapon had really wanted to, it would not have penetrated the M1A2 into the forehead of the turret, where inside there is a filling made of Urano ceramics UO100 3rd generation, which with 100% probability would have stopped the plasma projectile

What the clone armors made of? The clone armors managed stand little penetration world bullets. 3 shots bounce off but the 4 make it through.
Clone armor is made out of plastoid, a type of reinforced plastic which is great at dissipating/blocking extreme heat (that's how blasters deal damage). In the old EU it was tough enough to block bullets but nowadays (actually even before George sold SW) it has been shown that plastoid doesn't fare very well against physical damage. As fully armored clonetroopers have been killed on screen by: animal bites, primitive spears, a metal spear and one even got punctured by a metal plate in such a way that he was pinned to a wall.
So if such things can easily penetrate clone armor, a rifle bullet, which not only has much more kinect energy but is also designed to penetrate armor would have no issue penetrating clone armor.

Okay, hear me out, in Star Wars, the clone armour is made from a metal known as Plastoid.
Plastoid is highly heat resistant and absorbs energy extremely well, to the point that every time you see a clone hit by a blaster bolt, it doesn't penetrate and at most the bolt would knock said clone down and bruise them on impact. However, Plastoid is also not designed to resist kinetic rounds (bullets), and even small arms fire from a pistol would very likely go clean through the armour, thus killing the clone.
Most armour in Star Wars, used by regular grunt soldiers, is more often than not made out of Plastoid or similar materials. It's cheap, plentiful, and ideal for protection against blaster bolts, but not remotely ideal for usage against opponents wielding something called a slugthrower, which is basically just a gun.
This, plus the fact that if a solid metal slug were to be blocked by say, a lightsaber, it would just turn into a bunch of molten shrapnel, is why slugthrowers are almost universally illegal amongst the many factions of Star Wars.
True, bullet resistant armour worn by today's modern military groups is absolutely not rated for even stopping a bolt of pure hot plasma, but when you consider that clones are wearing the equivalent of tissue paper in this context, it makes genuine sense that the clones still lose here. I don't think I need to point out that the US Marine Corps wield high fire rate assault rifles here.
An entire clone cruiser was invaded by a bunch of Trandoshan slavers using slugthrower shotguns before. All the clones died and it took an elite squad of clone commandos engaging in what amounted to guerilla warfare to take back the ship. A platoon of highly trained US marines with assault rifles would almost certainly do better than a bunch of lizard people with bargain bin shotguns.
