Grounding Into The Present Moment Meditation

Your best meditation by far, David. It began as your artwork triggered some inner emotion in me that brought tears to my eyes. Then I gazed around my room and recollected all of the time I have placed in the artwork I have created.... tears came to my eyes as I focused on an antique blanket that use to be my beloved Gretel's feline favorite until her passing 8 months ago. The meditation ended up me giving gratitude for my own self, my own body, my own world that I have created that surrounds me. It was beyond powerful and I thank you from my heart for sharing your words and work with me. Extending much love ~
