No higher than 4ms decent, 3 is best towards the end.

what causes that chirpy sound on every Mi8? The Sound that every Second appears..
You mean the "chew chew chew chew" sound when it lowers the rpm? Not an engineer, it might be the rotor brake.
theonefrancis yes correct but that couldnt be the brake as you also hear it in flight
if you look at the rotor while it turns you can see its the swing arm making that whistle sound. look at the top where the pitch change links are

Если не сложно, скажите почему дверь должна быть закрыта?

Nope, it's Mi-8T. Why? Because starboard side tail rotor, no APU and longer engine cowlings. So, it's Mi-8T
So, what happened? You still say that it's Mi-17?
