I was actually asking for this exact video in another one you did. Thanks for uploading! This is the exact route I like to run and then over towards Kansas City.
Just uploaded a video on that area. But for flatbed. What trailer do u use ? Let me know whenever you’re ready i can hook it up u with my recruiter here at landstar… mrusatransportcorp@gmail.com
Question: why don’t they seem to give “Assessorial” or fuel on 600-1200 mile runs? I’m assuming that was the “asso” is correct FUELs, cause what they offer on some of those loads it can’t be fuel/tolls based off calculations
Most of the loads they will only calculate the fuel when you call to get the load. So you can ask for toll and whatever extra thing you might need to get the load done ✅
Hey friend, im getting back into trucking after taking care of my daughter for 2 years. My lease payment on my truck will be $780 a week. I don’t have a trailer. Will i be able to gross $6000 a week or more, every week with landstar? Im a flatbed driver, i know dry vans are free. What do you think. But $6000 gross is the minimum I can make and pay my truck expenses and my house. Thank you
Landstar is known for their good dry van contracts. Sometimes dry van pays more than flatbed at Landstar. I works for month solo with the dry van and every week i grossed more than 6k. Idk about flatbed though.
@mrusatransportation Thanks, maybe you can do a video explaining the difference when you can and can't maybe show some examples on the landstar app off shippers you can negotiate with thanks again.
SEE, that look good u til you see it’s an entire WEEK load so ain’t that good. But you could DH to a better place then do a reset but too many landstar loads that make you hold it for a week or more

Yeap. Still some good loads here even after landstar cut you can make some money. We are buying a trailer next to save an extra 7% on the commission
Would you do one showing some of the flatbed runs and information about your truck?@@mrusatransportation

We never got a load to hold for a week as a team. We usually get solo loads and deliver a day or two early depending on the distance.
Plz do reefer loads from ATL 200 DH going anywhere. Thx 😊
Ill try some reefer loads on the next one. 🫡
