I had my number -1.5 now its -.75. My advice to younger people
1. Throw your glasses, it will be difficult for some days but your eyes will start recovering in 6- 7 days. you will see some flashes.
2. Dont use mobile for 7 days.
3. start sleeping in between 11-12 .( as it helps to cure dry eye problem)
4.Drink water
5. walk in morning before sunrise.
6. start looking with your shorter vision dont focus too much.
7. Try to do meditation in dark room as it helps in relaxing eyes

If this surgery is so good and without any side effects.....Atleast All the doctors wearing glasses would have gone for this surgery.....
Initially when Lasic surgery came into practice it was advertised that once this surgery is done, the patient will get rid of the glasses... but I know a few of my friends who had fallen for this.... after a few years of the surgery , now they are again wearing glasses.
The surgery is really good but with some age limitations, age bracket is 18 to 40 only, 40+ can’t go for the said surgery. I wish it shall also be available for 40+ age people, nowadays quality glasses for both the eyes with 4 different numbers are very expensive.

This is good.. But is there any natural process for increasing the power of eyes as I am wearing lenses since 10 yrs, & now I am preparing for gov. Job.... If possible do make some vedios on natural ways. 🙏🙏
Patanjali claims to have one way but it's lengthy , they give you some tonics,powders etc to take, eye drop for eye and some yogas do do multiple times a day, it's more of pseudo science but my cousins had cured his -0.9 in 5 months if you have more than that number you might take 2 years or more but you will need to do all things consistently .

There are lot side effects of this LASIK’s surgery. The doctor actually cut on the cornea that results the permanent scars on cornea which unfortunately never heals. It’s doesn’t matter at what age you through this surgery, the scars will be remain on cornea and over the time you’ll feel blurry vision and at some point of life your vision will be start decreasing. It’s not a magic but a risk of your vision. Don’t let the doctors play with your most precious thing of your life.
