How do we recognize a delusion, if the thought itself is deluded?
+john dunson So are you asking how do we recognize a deluded thought? If the thought is counter to "right view", it's deluded. Adopting right view enables you to recognize delusion and deluded thoughts. For explanation of right view, see here....www.accesstoinsight.org/lib/authors/nanamoli/wheel377.html
It's not an easy or quick topic, can be frustrating, but without gaining an understand of it, you can't possibly progress on the Path.
Where's the rest? thanks!
