Just a tip, your initial solder you could have used half the amount of solder and had less to clean up. My instructor taught me that early. You'd be surprised at the small amount you need to use.
My main concerns where wither the solder from the spinning ring would melt and fuse the lining ring or the solder used for the outer ring would seep under and connect to the spinner ring
@@natecharleswatches You could heat the center "spinning" ring and not pickle it so the solder does not stick, or there are other materials you could apply to make it "solder resistant"
@@taylorayers5920 me podrias decir que otros materiales hay para que no se peque al anillo y que es decaparlo? Cepillarlo acido me podrias explicar !!! Gracias!!!
I made one using flattened twisted wire as a center ring just a couple a days ago but with soldered sides, really fun to make! I can post my IG name if you want to check it out. Nice vid!
I can't find a true spinner ring that spins for seconds with one twist. My ex bought me one years ago and I got lost. Haven't found another like it since. Anyone have a good reference for confirmed spinner rings that actually spin . I think it had real bearings in it. Still not to bulky just plain two piece.

This turned out super cool! I think it'll be difficult without some of the tools though
Having the tools to hand will make life a lot easier
Why didn't you solder the outer rings to the lining ring?

I want to learn to make rings are you using sterling silver here? Can you all list tools needed and where to purchase those blanks?
Да всё очень красиво получилось

Sounds great!
@@natecharleswatches You can check it out on IG if you search for s.f.silver. I've only been doing this for a few months so don't be too harsh. 😅

Wow man I love how this came out. Ever try doing one with gold in the center?
Already put on order in to do so. I reckon it’ll look great
FunWithFire I’m sure it will look great
