Fly Fishing with Ladin's primary purpose is to share fly fishing techniques and places to fly fish in the Western United States. Sam is the man. Great fisherman and conservationist. I would recommend you try to go swinging with him, but he is booked solid. Plus i wanna go, so don't.

What section of the river would you recommend to target steelhead in mid November?

I know its past but October through December i have done well from warm springs to trout creek. You will need a Indian permet to fish it. And check odfw regs. The numbers have been down
