I was obsessed with this watch for 3 years. Watched every video, read every article, literally had framed pictures and posters in my office. Had 1 purchase history at an AD (OP 41) and waited nearly 2 years. Was so friendly and checked back in monthly to make sure they knew I was serious. I don’t make a ton of money as a teacher and just saved up and was patient as possible. The dream came true after nearly 3 years. Don’t give up hope! And to make it even crazier, the full story is that I got the call from a totally different AD in my small hometown / mom and pop shops after only 6 months of waiting and no purchase history. I know it sounds unbelievable but it’s true! Just wanted to include that part of the story to give someone else hope because I had personally given up hope. But it was because I was kind and persistent. Wrote the sales associate a kind thank you letter, describing what the watch meant to me and gave them a nice bottle of wine as a thank you! Kindness goes a long way! Don’t get jaded, there are nice people out there in the watch world!
THIS IS PERFECTLY SAID!!! And we sooo relate to this! There was a time where James thought he would NEVER get it. He said to me “I’ve just accepted I am never going to own the Pepsi again. Keep visiting the ad so they know you’re serious and an enthusiast, be kind, talk watches and get to know the sale associates! It’ll happen! ❤️💙❤️💙
For me it's the Datejust with fluted bezel, jubilee bracelet, in stainless with the blue dial, stick markers (the 36 has better proportions but the 41 makes more sense with my wrist size and diminishing vision). The DJ is iconic, and can go with everything, jeans and a t-shirt or a fine suit. The GMT is cool, but I have no need for the complication, and the bezel can come off as a bit cartoonish in my opinion. If I were to get a GMT I would probably go Blue/Black, as that makes more sense to me, blue being day, black night, and isn't as loud as the Pepsi, but it's a watch that isn't as versatile as the DJ or as classy.
Awesone vid Britt - loved your 12 min fix of GMT Master II!!! You captured it wonderfully. 'Cause, yes I'm on the wait list for that very model. It's been about 18 months so far, but I have bought two other Rolexes from them in the last 3 years. You've given me some hope again - thanks!!! 👊👊👊

Britt, James, I've been waiting for you to make this video! Don't refrain from making content just because something is hard to get... This kind of thing is what keeps the dream alive! 😅 True story... I've been wanting a Pepsi since 2018, but moving overseas lost me a good relationship with a local AD, and it seems like German dealers didn't want to deal with a Yankee lol... But guess what... I moved back to the US and started chatting with a new AD... Bought a nice, but not super popular VC to establish a rapport, and two weeks later (yesterday!) I was allocated a white gold Pepsi with the blue dial 😍😍 I'm picking it up at the end of the month! 🙌🎉 Now I'm even more hyped up after your video haha Anyway, great video as always, and keep Papi mysterious!
Okay, I was so excited I was going to get to see Watch Papi's face. And then I didn't. Lol 🤣 But I love his story. And I agree with your take except it's the Batman for me. I absolutely love it! Cheers to a great year Britt!
I have a blue slate Omega Aqua Terra with a sky blue second hand. Rolex makes a Yachtmaster 40 with a grey dial and a sky blue second hand. I would love to have that pair of watches. That would be my Rolex sport model of choice.
I got mine last October at retail after an acceptable waiting period of 16 months and I knew I would really like this watch but to be honest I just freakin’ love it. It’s the perfect size and even though I don’t have the need to track multiple time zones the extra GMT hand makes the watch just that little but more playful. I liked the look on the Jubilee but when it came out on the Oyster I knew I had to have one…so sorry for saying that Oyster is the right way 😉
@@ams914 yes it is and not unusual for luxury items. Try ordering a Porsche GT3 RS, a Hermes Birkin bag...that is if you're allowed to order one. It's all part of the game and it's not like I didn't have any other watches to wear during the waiting period 😉
A Porsche GT3 RS I don't think is the right analogy. They make way fewer of those than they do Pepsis. If no other watch brand makes you wait like that, or almost none do, I'm not sure why you think this is normal at all. And let's not forget, this wasn't normal for Rolex 10 years ago. Maybe even 5 years ago. I'm glad you like the watch but I don't think I could wait that long. Especially knowing that other people get the watch right away or in a few weeks.@@Maarten_official_account
@@ams914 how many Pepsi are being made very year? People always say “yeah but Rolex produces a million watches every year so there are plenty”. True, but only a very small percentage of that million watches is a Pepsi and many more people want them. Off course the best customers get them first…that’s just business. Coming back to that GT3 RS. Who do you think gets it first. The newbie, the guy that already purchased 2 Porsche cars through the specific dealership or the guy who purchased a dozen and now wants the RS. Tell me who would be your favourite customer and when you had a RS in stock who it would go to? 🤷🏻♂️
I agree with some of that, but I actually think Rolex is trying to manufacture as many of the most desirable models as possible. I don't think they are making an equal number of all references. Rolex WANTS to meet demand. But you're right that there aren't THAT many Pepsis. But if they know those are the most in demand, I wouldn't be surprised if they make a couple hundred thousand. That being said, I was at an AD today and a saleswoman told me they aren't making Pepsis anymore. I don't know if that's true. She said, "the colors bleed." Not sure what she meant by that. So consider yourself very lucky you got one, now! I am on a list for the Sprite myself.@@Maarten_official_account
Excellent video as always Britt. Slightly unrelated but was wondering if you can make a video on the following: Not sure what you make of this but I’ve been tracking Bucherer UK CPO for a few weeks. Their collection has dropped significantly since I started tracking, specially LV subs… So makes me think either Bucherer is holding back inventory, or they are actually selling at above grey market price. I’m more leaned towards the latter but would be interested to see what you think 🙏🏻
I have a very similar experience. Got the call for my pepsi on my 40th birthday this year. Just by chance. I was out of town and my AD said she would hold it for me. It is by far my favorite watch.
I always loved the Air-King, and got the call to pick one up recently. Not as well known, not as flashy as the GMT Master II, but the one I really wanted. Thanks Britt, awesome video
The first watch I bought myself was a year of birth 1675. The GMT, 30 years later continues to be my favorite of the Rolex professional line. The BLRO is my latest acquisition and gets a huge chunk of wrist time. I waited 2 years for it. Totally worth it. The original 1675 is now waiting for my eldest to finish college. Cheers
Good morning Watch Gringa... Very enjoyable take on one of the all-time classics... Unattainable and makes no sense at all for the majority but that does not make this watch unworthy of the love it garners and a new video! Clever idea drafting your husband to help with the video today!!! Great accent by the way - he sounds like a great guy and your guys are obviously a wonderful match... Thanks for all of your good work Britt. Your fan base is loyal because of the work you put in and your professionalism. Keep it up!!!
Whaaaat! This comment has absolutely made my day! 😭💕 thank you so much! I’m so glad anyone enjoys my weird little channel! And you know, you worded it so perfectly! I am always in this weird place with watches where the timepiece I want to talk about are super unattainable & don’t make sense for so many people … BUT they set my heart on fire and make me so excited! And for THAT reason, it is worth talking about! None of us get into watches because it is sensible anyways. 😜✨✨💕 It’s always a pleasure doing videos with James! His love for this watch is just contagious! 💙❤️💙❤️
Something very unique on the Pepsi bezel is that complete red bezel it turns when lighted by an UV light … that’s when you realize why it was so hard to make and why any fake GMT Master Pepsi couldn’t never replicated it … love for Pepsi ❤
I couldn’t agree with you more! This is, by far, the best modern Rolex. I was super lucky to be able to purchase mine at retail and ever since then, it’s always a treat to wear ❤. Great content as always! 😊
One thing I never got over with these is how small and dainty the hands are relative to the rest of the watch. For a watch that’s quite bulky and masculine, its got such tiny little hands. It’s like the Trump of watches 😜.
DEEPHAZELJAY he is here! Oh thank you so much! You know, I recently tried on the full everose gold GMT... and I absolutely loved it! I cannot justify the price lol. But I blimmin loved it!
Great video hearing from James. You did it again, you reinstated my love for the Seiko 5 GMT in a few seconds. I will save up and buy it this year because the pepsi, as gorgeous as it is, isn't in reach quite yet.😍
You know! It did the same for ME TOOOO! I think I want the black one! 🙈 but I’ve been shamelessly checking them out online and the orange one is somewhat calling me in too. 🙈 the coolest GMT of 2022!
I love this watch too! I have the Batgirl GMT on a jubilee and love the comfortable strap. Would love the Pepsi too but unfortunately not on the waiting list as 3 watches is the maximum these days.
I still can't believe that i walked into an Rolex Ad in 1987 and bought my Sub Date for under £800 (Brand new) And my brother got the gmt Master 2 for just over £800, and if we had the money, we could have had "As many as we wanted"...... (How times have changed lol.)
RIGHT?! This whole Rolex availability (or lack there of) stuff is incredibly NEW! And recent! In 2019 we walked in and bought an Explorer 39 on the spot! I remember seeing Sub date and no date in the window to buy, bluesy in the window available to buy. And I've only been "into" watches since about 2018/2019.
My father gave me a GMT Master when I was about 15 but I never cherished it and didn’t appreciate what it was, I neglected it and eventually I lost it or it got stolen. I have always wanted a replacement but it was one of those things you wanted but never really got off the couch. The hype years also didn’t help availability either so I gave up before I even tried. Until early 2022, a buddy sent me a text “I GOT THE CALL” then a picture of his new BLRO. He then stated it took him 2 years to finally get it. I guess thats when I figured maybe I’ll drop by the AD and make my interest known, maybe in 2 years I’ll finally fill the gap so off I went. Here is where things became weird, I walked in, met the boutique director had a great conversation about all kinds of watches like we were at a usual GTG, I certainly enjoyed myself. We left the boutique to go to a stand up comedy show and right before it started I got a call from an unknown number. To my disbelief it was the boutique director and he asked me if I was still in the area, I said yes but I’m at a show, is it okay if I came back in a couple hours? He agreed to hold it. About 45 minutes in, I was processing what just happened I got increasingly excited and my lovely girlfriend recognized this and said the show is boring anyways, let’s go get your watch! So off we went and the rest is history. Guess it was meant to be to snag one on day 1.
Woah woah woahhhhh. Hold up. “Back in the 90’s, when I lived in Ibiza”. Forget about watches. I wana hear about Watch P-dizzies 90’s shenanigans @ Cafe del Mar.
Congrats on getting this! Been on the list for a while, but to no luck yet.. Difference being I want it for my father and not myself. It's truly an amazing piece.
The greatest Rolex of all time, in terms of what I've held, is the previous generation OP 36 with a blue 3-6-9 Explorer dial. Although honourable mentions to a vintage four digit DJ with a porcelain dial. That one was cracking too. As was the 37mm rose gold Yachtmaster. Regarding the "GOAT" in this video, I hate to say this: any modern Rolex with ceramic bezel is deadish, bland and course for its own good. The 1990's GMT master is certainly a better watch in every way. I would have gotten a vintage one. Good heavens. A faded alu bezel. The watch that "defines" the category of GMT watches is the Glycine Airman Purist, which was in fact, first. But hey, leave it to Rolex fanbois to re-define any category Rolex has ever entered as being "defined by Rolex". :)
I used to own a Datejust, blue dial, fluted bezel. While I liked the watch, I didn’t love it. So after enjoying it for a year or two I sold it part exchange for a Pepsi GMT. Best decision I ever made. I knew once I owned the GMT that it was a watch for life and one day I would pass it to my son. It also helped me stop buying more watches. Almost like an endgame watch. I still might pick up the odd cheaper watch for fun, but I feel content with my current collection.
Lovely video; I still waiting for the AD to call me for almost 2 years. During that wait, I have been fortunate to get Explorer II Polar, Submariner date 41, and recently a BLNR on the jubilee, so I may get the call one day. 🤗 The only problem with Rolex nowadays is that it is not very safe to wear these watches in public; shame reason my Daytona Panda spends more time in the bank safe than on the wrist. Best regards, and keep up the excellent work.
They are iconic and I’m glad you finally got one allocated to you. IMO, the rotating 24-hour bezel without a 24-hour scale on the dial makes no sense. I have watched the videos by other YTers who explain how you can track a third time zone regardless, but it’s tortured. Oris, Seiko and some micros get it right.
The GMT is a supremely versatile watch. I have the Batman on Jubilee and it's just a usable in the office, travelling or on a weeks beach vacation in Mexico. And the Jubilee doesn't show all the scratches that the Oyster on my Yacht Master does!
The modern GMT-Masters aren’t for me - they’re too flashy and remind me more of jewelry than watches. I personally think sitting on a wait list for one of these is a fool’s errand that will keep you from experiencing other nice watches. That said, im happy for everyone who gets one of these and loves it. That’s what the hobby is about!
i have one on order with my AD...but on oyster, always think pepsi should be on oyster as per 50s original. I have a batman on a jubilee though which i love too.
I’m blessed to own two Rolex GMTs in my current collection: a 2020 Batgirl and. 2021 Root Beer two-tone. The Pepsi is elusive. But I do have the Tudor version and I love it.
I don't have a Rolex and its not a major priority for me - but the GMT II is just too much of a flex to attract me and i'd feel self conscious in it. If i was going Rolex today, it would be a nice calm Explorer II from the secondary market because i dont like the Rolex AD games.
There’s nothing like a nice watch with a good back-story! I love the GMT Master. I’d really like one with an aluminum bezel & acrylic crystal, but I can’t justify what they’re going for now!
Nice story watch pappy on getting the watch , you may have to wait but it’s always worth it , no other watch I have bought compares to that special moment of getting a Rolex in the AD and feeling all giddy while they size it for you and and doing your best not smile so much your face might crack in half lol
Right?! I relate to this completely!!! There’s a whole journey in getting a watch! It’s the saving $$, and registering your interest, obsessing for far too long 😜 and then finally getting that call! It’s like Christmas!
Lovely piece , I have 2 tone Root Beer GMT , I think Pepsi on jubilee would be a perfect partner. Unfortunately most ADs mine included have closed the wait list for this model 😭 , so little chance became impossible.
First of all, that sweater looks so comfy! Thanks for getting James to tell his story, and the typewritten notes were a nice visual touch too. I feel silly saying that I have a favorite Rolex, given that if I had that much disposable income, it would go straight into my house. But I really do have a favorite Rolex, and it's the Explorer II GMT with the white dial. Very unique and classy, but still rugged enough to be sporty. Plus, I like that it has a fixed bezel. I have a few GMT watches in my collection, and they are all "office" GMTs. However, considering I haven't left my time zone in over 20 years, I'm fine with not owning a traveler or "true" GMT. If I were to actually have a practical need for a traveler GMT, I'd set my sights on the Bulova Wilton GMT. Thanks again, as always, for another great video.
After I watched your video (and about a hundred others) I decided I had to have this watch. My 126710BLRO Jubilee arrived this morning. It's my first Rolex, and I won't be paying above retail again, but I'd be lying if I said I regret the purchase. It really is a beauty and I can't believe how comfortable the bracelet is or how bright the steel is. It sucks that we can't get these pieces at retail, but I couldn't even get on the waiting list at my AD despite making a fair few purchases of other brands there. I figured life is for living, and I didn't want to wait until I was an old man. Anyway - thank you for helping me make a decision and take the plunge on a true grail watch that I know I'll wear and love for the rest of my life. Now - that JLC reverso tribute looks very nice, doesn't it...😜
For me it’s my Rolex Explorer II Polar 226570! GMT function, I am happy with two time zones and don’t need the third. Not over hyped model and love the bold orange GMT hand.
My keeper watch is a Rolex Submariner but I’ve owned it so long that it no longer has lume. I’m probably going to get another Rolex Sub but the GMT looks nice.
126719BLRO is my favorite modern Rolex. White gold with a unique matte blue dial not used on any other model in the Rolex catalogue. Better than the Meteorite dial in my opinion - the meteorite is too much bling and legibility is subpar.
I will be a but different and say my favourite modern Rolex is the Explorer 2 black dial - I know its not as hyped but maybe that adds to its likability for me. Its got the looks, its not a scratch magnet, does not draw the wrong kind of attention and of course the GMT function is a nice bonus
It’s a beautiful watch, but unfortunately it will be hard to use it for its intended purpose, a GMT is meant for travel, and i do not want to travel with a Rolex on my wrist.
Happy to hear the story of getting on a list and getting the watch you wanted. I'm jealous. I gave up trying to buy one. The games of trying to keep in touch with an AD were just silly when other watches where there to buy and experience. Maybe someday, maybe never.
My favorite rolex is the DJ36, blue fluted motif dial, fluted bezel, jubilee bracelet. I personally find all the sport watches over hyped, even tho I do love the polar exp2 and pepsi.
Happy that this watch means so much to your husband and you. That said, anybody that spends 100k on other watches just to buy a 10k watch is just dumb.
Gringa Sunday is back 🎶 Totally love the video Britt 🤩🔥. Also love the story about James watch 🙌🏻😎. I can’t believe how cheap he got his first GMT 😱 I totally agree with you that the GMT looks incredible in the jubilee, but for some reason only the Pepsi, I prefer the Batman, Rootbeer and Sprite on the oyster bracelet, call me crazy 😅 Overall I think the GMT it’s the most sought after Rolex………but my heart goes to the Explorer 😅😅 Greta video as always, and the Patreon song for this video was on fire 🔥; I literally start dancing 🕺
FERNAAAANDO! 💕💕💕 You know! Watching this back right now, I love the watch papi story time! I always forget how long he’s been in the watch collecting game & how RECENT all this Rolex madness is (selling over retail, waiting lists). You know! I kinda agree about the jubilee! 😂🙈 but I prefer the bat girl I think! 😜 🦇
I decided to get a GMT and went to the AD to take a look and to be honest the Pepsi was my least favourite. I don't like the muted tone of the red and blue and the bleeding at the joint of colours. I much preferred the black and blue. Then they hustled me lol (only joking). I had previously purchased a steel and rose gold Datejust from them at kept say how much I loved the tone of the everose gold, so they brought the steel and gold Root Beer out for me to have a look. 5 minutes later my name was on the list for a root beer. Good news for me was I actually got the call after just 6 mouths, bad news I had just tested positive for Corvid and had to wait for 10 days to collect it.

I got the modern sub with no buying history from an AD - it’s absolutely possible just do it the right way and always be polite and honest
Loved hearing James’s story.
Right?! He made this video!!
My AD said I’ll never get the Pepsi but they got me a two tone Rootbeer instead 😎!
OH GET IN! 💪🏼❤️💙 I love the root beer but hate the attitude that you’ll never get a Pepsi! I refuse to believe that 😡😡
Excellent video as always Britt. Slightly unrelated but was wondering if you can make a video on the following:
Not sure what you make of this but I’ve been tracking Bucherer UK CPO for a few weeks. Their collection has dropped significantly since I started tracking, specially LV subs…
So makes me think either Bucherer is holding back inventory, or they are actually selling at above grey market price. I’m more leaned towards the latter but would be interested to see what you think 🙏🏻
I have a very similar experience. Got the call for my pepsi on my 40th birthday this year. Just by chance. I was out of town and my AD said she would hold it for me. It is by far my favorite watch.
Great review and video. Now, I want one of these, so thanks a lot Britt.
BAHAHA! Watch UA-cam does that to me too! 🙈
I always loved the Air-King, and got the call to pick one up recently. Not as well known, not as flashy as the GMT Master II, but the one I really wanted. Thanks Britt, awesome video
I just got my BLNR on jubilee after being on the “waitlist” for 1 day with my AD. Right place at the right time!
Cheers
Amazing! What an heirloom to pass on 💙❤️
Good morning Watch Gringa...
It’s always a pleasure doing videos with James! His love for this watch is just contagious! 💙❤️💙❤️
Thank you! Much appreciated 👍🏽😁
CLICKY BEZEL IN THE HOUSE!
One thing I never got over with these is how small and dainty the hands are relative to the rest of the watch. For a watch that’s quite bulky and masculine, its got such tiny little hands. It’s like the Trump of watches 😜.
Y’all are pure sunshine! Fwiw, the everose and meteorite WG are spectacular too. Definitely iconic.
DEEPHAZELJAY he is here! Oh thank you so much! You know, I recently tried on the full everose gold GMT... and I absolutely loved it! I cannot justify the price lol. But I blimmin loved it!
Awesome video as always, you forgot to mention the Tudor GMT
You know! Idk how this didn’t come up! You are absolutely right
This watch is a freaking LEGEND. It just is.. 💙😇
I couldn’t agree more! ❤️💙
Amazing! Congratulations 💙❤️
Woah woah woahhhhh.
Hold up.
“Back in the 90’s, when I lived in Ibiza”.
Forget about watches. I wana hear about Watch P-dizzies 90’s shenanigans @ Cafe del Mar.
lol oooomg don't get him started! He could relive his clib kid glory days alllll day long if you let him! hahaha
I for one would be well up for that 😂🎉
@Will Harris definitely 👀
Totally agree...it is the best modern Rolex. Great story as well! Fingers I can buy one at retail one day 🤞
Congrats on getting this! Been on the list for a while, but to no luck yet.. Difference being I want it for my father and not myself. It's truly an amazing piece.
Ahhh! We sat on the list for sooo long! I hope it doesn’t take much longer! Lucky dad you have ❤️💙
The greatest Rolex of all time, in terms of what I've held, is the previous generation OP 36 with a blue 3-6-9 Explorer dial.
I've been on the list for that watch for the last 18 months, if the call from the AD comes great , if not I'm not going to sweat it
@Will Harris probably right , well at least I have a spare 9 grand in. my bank account , so could be worse.
Can't forget za bebsi. Wish my AD would allocate me one but at least I have a Batman to look forward to.
Good morning Britt
Good morning ! 💕✨
Not playing Rolex games any longer. There are plenty of watches equal in craftsmanship and history that I now pursue. Good video though.
It’s my grail watch because I grew up on the original Magnum PI and I was obsessed with the show and Tom Selleck’s persona.
Awesome video 👍 beautiful watch and you guys amazing 🤩
🙏🏼 thank you so much 😄
🙏🏼 thank you so much 😄
I think you need to do a state of the collection.
Brilliant watch, patience really can pay off! (Thought James might have joined in on the patron song... next time ey lol)
Hahaha omg! A duet! It is needed! 💕✨
Lovely video; I still waiting for the AD to call me for almost 2 years. During that wait, I have been fortunate to get Explorer II Polar, Submariner date 41, and recently a BLNR on the jubilee, so I may get the call one day. 🤗
The only problem with Rolex nowadays is that it is not very safe to wear these watches in public; shame reason my Daytona Panda spends more time in the bank safe than on the wrist.
Best regards, and keep up the excellent work.
Beautiful watch but I prefer the submariner and I also like the Air King. To each his own. Thank you.
Had it about three years now but still love it as much as the day I collected it! 💙❤️
I Just got the Sprite few weeks ago. Still afraid to wear it :D
And still my favourite rolex is explorer 36mm 🖤
The GMT is a supremely versatile watch. I have the Batman on Jubilee and it's just a usable in the office, travelling or on a weeks beach vacation in Mexico.
And the Jubilee doesn't show all the scratches that the Oyster on my Yacht Master does!
Compare it to the Tudor BB GMT. It's all subjective, but I prefer the look of the Tudor.
Brit love the vid , and yeh it’s my dream watch even though I have 6 Rolex already
but knowing you love it makes me keep waiting too 😂😂
The modern GMT-Masters aren’t for me - they’re too flashy and remind me more of jewelry than watches. I personally think sitting on a wait list for one of these is a fool’s errand that will keep you from experiencing other nice watches. That said, im happy for everyone who gets one of these and loves it. That’s what the hobby is about!
My AD told me they don’t have a wait list. I’m with Britt, just keep walking through the door. They may sell you that watch just to get rid of you. 😅
Your hubby doing the rain dance while you weren’t looking 😅
🕺🏿
Aaaah the elusive Watch Papi, such taste and what a grail watch!
Thank you 🙏🏼
i have one on order with my AD...but on oyster, always think pepsi should be on oyster as per 50s original. I have a batman on a jubilee though which i love too.
It is definitely more true to the heritage on the oyster! ❤️💙
@@BrittPearceWatches it was available on the oyster as well
Love stories like this...
Right?! James’ love for this watch is contagious
I love the batgirl just as much, if not more than the Pepsi. Subjective.
It’s like Christmas!
my fav - 116509 WG, 1655 vintage. I have had subs, SD, but not like them as much
Love his excitement, which makes me feel less of a Pepsi Nerd.
Love it. I love the BLNR even more. But I'd take the BLRO in a heartbeat if they offered it to me...
❤️💙❤️💙 the BLNR is sooo good too!
Beautiful… Bittersweet story.
I often look to a manufacturers GMT model first.
Thanks again!
nice touch with the mechanically typed paper with specs
Oh why thank you! ;) I thought it was just something a little different!
I just got my 2022 Pepsi GMT2. New. I dig watches, but there's no way any watch would make me scream in excitement. It's just a watch yo. Weird.
Oh well! You should have heard when I got the gold Aquanaut 😂😂😂
Now - that JLC reverso tribute looks very nice, doesn't it...😜
Sadly is also a watch you can’t wear openly in London.. But have it and knowing it is in yr possession is already a wonder thing.
Great video. Love the back story.
So your husband is from “up north” 😁
Leeds!!! 👍🏽
I sense James is somewhat older than Britt?
I have a decade on her, yeah.
126719BLRO is my favorite modern Rolex. White gold with a unique matte blue dial not used on any other model in the Rolex catalogue. Better than the Meteorite dial in my opinion - the meteorite is too much bling and legibility is subpar.
Oh the white gold is just something else!
I am waiting since 2018 and still haven‘t got. the call. Purchase history is a Breitling, a Sub and some smaller stuff. They will never call me.
Note to Brit: when you’re finished playing with Rolex tin-can sports watches; all roads lead back to the Daydate ⌚️💪🏼
Hahaha! I fully believe this is true!!
I will be a but different and say my favourite modern Rolex is the Explorer 2 black dial - I know its not as hyped but maybe that adds to its likability for me. Its got the looks, its not a scratch magnet, does not draw the wrong kind of attention and of course the GMT function is a nice bonus
You know! The explorer 2 black dial forever has a special place in my heart! When I first met James, this was his daily wear!
It’s a beautiful watch, but unfortunately it will be hard to use it for its intended purpose, a GMT is meant for travel, and i do not want to travel with a Rolex on my wrist.
I use my Leftie to show my sisters time zone as she's in Australia
I have the black ceramic Gmt great watch! The best Rolex
Happy to hear the story of getting on a list and getting the watch you wanted. I'm jealous. I gave up trying to buy one. The games of trying to keep in touch with an AD were just silly when other watches where there to buy and experience. Maybe someday, maybe never.
Well I wanted to throw some shade on it, but I can’t after that story. 😅
Bahaha you know, this is one of the reasons I wanted James to share his journey! I really can't argue with it! His love of the GMT is just gorgeous
Absolutely- the GMT Master ii BLRO (Pepsi) is the best Rolex sport model… I agreed with you 100%
Kindred spirits!
Could agree more. I would never.
I love it! Love all Rolex GMT watches and the Explorer ll’s. They are just in a class by themselves.
Gringa Sunday is back 🎶
Totally love the video Britt 🤩🔥.
Also love the story about James watch 🙌🏻😎.
I can’t believe how cheap he got his first GMT 😱
I totally agree with you that the GMT looks incredible in the jubilee, but for some reason only the Pepsi, I prefer the Batman, Rootbeer and Sprite on the oyster bracelet, call me crazy 😅
Overall I think the GMT it’s the most sought after Rolex………but my heart goes to the Explorer 😅😅
Greta video as always, and the Patreon song for this video was on fire 🔥; I literally start dancing 🕺
FERNAAAANDO! 💕💕💕
You know!
You have to own it to appreciate it. Up close and personal, its stunning. I waited six months for mine..........Dec 22. No it's not for sale.
Hey! It’s not for everyone! 💙❤️ they are very specific colours! The root beer is PURE MAGIC!!!
