3 rules of scalability 1. Solve a big problem 2.Make sure you know how to distribute the solution. 3. Make sure you know how to take your money "The money isn't always where the ego is"
I can relate with Vusi. As a first time entrepreneur, I focus too much on making my product superior and perfect, that I have little time for marketing, sales, attending to new clients, and sometimes no time to collect my money. Thank you Vusi. I will change my focus, moving forward.
Thank you Mr thembekwayo. I'm humbled to have watched your video. I'm so much motivated. I'm a first time entrepreneur and yes,at first I had the thought of buying candy in bulk for resale However, when spoke about finding a purpose and need for business and changing the African third world mentality, I've decided to move to pursue the value chain and thus I'm going to set up my Small scale cooking oil pressing plant due to the scarcity of that commodity. I have a dream of expanding it after assessing the risks. Thank you for the motivation. Africa must rise and excel beyond third world and small business mentality.
Marvelous, its my first appearance and love that I saw.man you are knowledgeable, I like part of value chain transformation, that must be emphasized on local entrepreneurs.
Evrytime I follow Vusi, something happened in me, It is so urge that I can not explained. I love you so much Vusi. I have to meet you one day. You are the best for me. God bless you forever
Thanks Vusi for your well informed and learned info. So what I gathered is african entrepreneurs need to think long term to create value chains to benefit future generations. That needs 'in my opinion ' an investment and money culture change . For example most young entrepreneurs want to shine first before they've really made it. It's sad and self defeating
Hi Bhuti Vusi, Thank you for the master class I would like to know what would prefer or advice based on franchise and your own business. Still new in business Thank you very much

Dear government, please stop business tenders which seats at the bottom of the value chain. Fund black businesses that can build competitive value chains. #VT
I've always wondered why we can't mass produce vusi thembekwayos in Africa. To spread across various industries that have been locked by years of white empowerment.
Hello... So the guy in the mustard sweater asked a question which is in the realm of social Entrepreneurship... I believe that there is more to be said about that. I will be writing on Social Entrepreneurship and how it can be the next best thing for 3rd world countries. I feel like FNB was founded on a social enterprise premise to deal with the "No poor white" problem.
Why are people sooooo quiet during these classes...wish they’d have more input and conversation with Vusi. Someone challenge the man, make HIM think, he’s an expert yes but not on everything. So many individuals in their own niche industries but are looking to Vusi with a wide yet not concentrated expertise. Not sitting well with me wbu? 🤔
Vusi has passion that fuels his curiosity to look for the answers for what he does and I feel people in these classes are intimidated by his enthusiasm. It’s not a classroom from what I gather Vusi’s intentions are for a conversational exchange!

It's encouraging material but there's literally zero usable information on how to start a business. Literally nothing.
