Just a suggestion, but if you upload a reverse video of the disassembly, it might make the reassembly process clearer. Most people who watch this video will only disassemble once or twice, so with only a disassembly video, they might end up with extra screws during reassembly (laughs).

Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. Thanks to you I was able to disassemble the scanner.
In case it's useful for anyone else, I used silicone tubing, 6mm inner diameter, 12mm outer diameter, cut to length of original rollers. It seems to work well as a substitute.

Thank you for this video. I changed both rollers on my old S1500 and it worked perfectly. The whole job from start to finish is around two hours.
