Veganism can be very harmful to a lot of people. It's better to be vegan in principle but eat meat once a week or at least once a month to make sure you get all the nutritions you need.
@@BORGNY2 Excuse me, so you're saying that slaughtering innocent animals is a good idea and btw vegan is not harmful in anyway actually it's proven the best diet so get facts before you comment please.

I’ve been vegan since august 2019 now and my family always tells me that I’m not saving any animals because there are still more people who eat meat and that I’ve eaten meat for longer of my life than I’ve been vegan but it’s something I want to keep going with.. it’s just hard when there’s so much negativity and no support from anyone at all. 😔✌🏽
Sorry to be rude to your family, but screw them. You believe in your case and thats whats matter. No one should stomp on your opinions and passion. Keep doing what you're doing. Just started a vegetarian journey, and im excited even tho my whole family eat meat!
So technically you not eating meat is still one person not eating meat and a little can go a long way I've been vegetarian all my life and all my friends eat meat so technically you are making a difference in the world🌎👍
