Awesome I use to only have hilti as well but the batteries couldn't keep up and they changed the auto feed to only except hitting screws which are special order here so that put the nail in the coffin for us.
@@csdrywallhawaii new Hilti 5000 rpm gun is boss, lighter, brushless and new Hilti 4.0 ah battery lasts me all day long and it’s same size as 3.0 ah, and router is like a Cadillac, blows dust away from your face. But the tool dosent make the tradesman
@@user-cf1se1kk5x That's great man Iam glad they updated the batteries and gun the router is pretty sick I have used it a couple times. True at the end of the day it comes down to preference there's a variety of platforms its all about how you use them and make them work for you thanks for the support brother 🤙🏽
Si! It's a laminate router. Dang good idea! We used to use small corded routers like that 27 years ago, before rotozips came out. Using that kind for doors and windows is very cool. And now that they come cordless is so nice! Bien trabajo mi amigo! God bless!
Yup I know what you mean I make the guys stay away from the flang if it's not tight to the framing. Then use a trim tex jumbo bead or prefill with hot mud then flat tape it tight. Depends on weather the gap the full flange or just a bit. Either way all sides get flat tape or jumbo bead.
Always fun to watch Memo!! Ordered the Dewalt router so I can use double duty for routing and drywall cuts....saves me money watching you!
Awesome man glad I could help.🤙🏽
I’m a Hilti guy myself, but I do own a DeWalt Mudshot, and it’s really good.
I own a mudshot as well, I like it. Does a nice job but still use my throttle box in closets

What model is drywall cutter? I never seen this model in Europe. We have DCE555N.
looks like DeWALT DCW604N without base in the begining of the video
Whats your protocol for all the drywall scraps? Only curious. Thanks!
The cut outs get recycled for scraps when possible but everything else gets dumped.
El rotor pa cortar las bentanas y puertas esta mamolon. 👍🤙

I was interested to know how you board over the acrylic surround walls flanges. A pet peeve of mine. A slanted wall after boarding over the lip

1/4" for the cut outs and 1/8" for the details.
