  • Many of you requested for more simple recipes, so we made this video to show you how you can make this super easy Garlic Soy Okra. We didn't use any animal derived ingredients in this dish so vegans can make it as well. Leave a comment if you'd like us to show you more ways to cook okra!
    For your information:
Okra, also known as lady's finger, is low in calories but high in nutrients. Okra contains vitamin C, which helps with immune function, as well as vitamin K, which aids in blood clotting. Okra is said to be high in antioxidants, which are natural compounds that help your body in fighting off molecules that can damage cells. These molecules, known as free radicals, are best known for causing oxidation damage, which can lead to cancer. Several studies have found that okra can help control blood sugar and cholesterol levels too. Now that you're aware of the benefits of okra, consider incorporating them into your diet on a regular basis.
See the ingredient list below for your easy reference.
If you plan to make chicken rice with this recipe, you might want to try one of the videos below for the rice recipe. The chilli and ginger sauce recipes have also been listed for your convenience. Happy cooking!

A new and cool way to prepare okra. Okra gets a bad name unless you’re a southerner in the US. This method should keep the them from being slimy, too. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!
