Thank you so much for your unbiased & informative videos. I feel more confident now that I know what to look out for, pay attention to and which questions to ask when getting a diagnosis. I'm going to a clinic that has all options & specialists under one roof. So, I guess that's a good start. Fingers crossed my bone is relatively in good shape. Thanks again & keep up the good work. Very much appreciated.
Excellent and informative video! I am a recent "all on 4" patient myself. (A very happy one, I might add!) I did a lot of research before I decided on the "all on 4". While researching I came across an oral surgeon who cemented mini-implants in place as if they were regular size implants. I would love to know how safe and effective you (and your collogues) find this procedure to be. If memory serves me, he placed 12 mini-implants on top and 10 on the bottom. Thanks in advance!
I’ve had my all on four about a year and a half upper and lower and they are awesome I’ve not had any problems I’m 62 they look so real I forget there not sometime I can eat anything apples steak ice I’m so happy and I hope there is away anyone who needs this can get it done my only advice is to tell your implant surgeon exactly what you want your teeth to look like when you get your permanent found pictures of what I wanted. I gave them to my surgeon and he had them made and they’re perfect.
Do you send your patient s to an oral surgeon to do the extractions or do you do them yourself in the office? I will need a lot of extractions and want as little bruising and swelling as possible.!Thank you!
Thank your for the video. My questions from your newer video comparing 3 on 6 vs all on 4 have mostly been answered here. the surgeon here in Phoenix gave numbers like 80% of your bite for all on 4 vs 25 to 30% for snap in and 10% for regular dentures, is this true as I would like 4 implants for each arch or was he trying to swing me into to 60k option vs what I can afford. retirement in 3 years I can't take on such a monthly payment of $780 for 84 months. I also don't want a 2nd mortgage to pay.
I had 4 in top 4 in bottom upper and lower full arches zirconia they look great I paid 40 thousand cash best money I ever spent they wanted over 50 but cash is king good luck on your journey
All on 4 cost is 55k - 60k for upper and lower. Plus 400.00 maintenance every 3 month per the implant dentist Get snap on then you can maintenance your self cost is 20k
Is it possible to work the all on three because they tried the all on four but the other implant failed and tried to implant again and failed again? The dentist and technician told me that all on three will be okay and snap on will not be possible because the implants are angled?
My name is Jude I live in RI because of meds my beautiful teeth began breaking off even while sleeping 🥺one month ago I had to have all my teeth removed n now I’m trying to educate myself ~ u 4 r very special, I can feel u each really care! But I have no idea what u r talking about??? Could u please explain what the heck is 4 or 2 on ? What’s a snap on denture? Why not use “regular” denture ? It’s all awful because ure right, our own natural teeth r the best! Thank u~ 4 kisses from Warren ri 💋💋💋💋

❤❤❤❤Excellent Presentation!!!!!!! Thank You. I’m saving for all on 4. But going slow as I’m only Social Security 😂.
Glad you liked it. We worked hard on it! Best of luck!
I’m having surgery on Thurs. I can’t afford the 50k for all on 4, so I’ll be getting snap ins for my bottom and a regular denture for my top.
so how did it go? are you doing okay? I may have to do the same.

I had 18 extractions and 13 implants, 0 bruises. Dependa how you bruise normally.
Dr Troy does everything in house. He has stated this in many of his videos.

After the final set for all on 4- will there still be a gap or is the piece molded to the gums, so there isn't a gap?
All on 4 cost is 55k - 60k for upper and lower. Plus 400.00 maintenance every 3 month per the implant dentist
Get snap on then you can maintenance your self cost is 20k
You can replace the implant and fix a shattered prosthesis yourself? (No you cant, if you want the best for your dental health.)
My all on 4 upper is 20k from start to finish zirconia. $169 every 6months maintenance. Seattle best smiles
There are many places in US that will do full mouth for 38-40k . 500 a month . It's not cheap, but doesn't have to be 60k

What about 3 on 6?
It’s coming tomorrow. Stay tuned
