I went through psychosis for a while, but whenever I go to the psychward they won‘t take me seriously. My psychosis started only with delusions but rsther I thought I was spiritually attacked, I started hearing/seeing things , then I was so burned out I slept for 2 days. Still no medical help. Am now changing my diet and taking supplements. Can anyone tell me about diet thst helped them? I am cutting out sugars, coffein and bread/noodles for now.
It feels like a lot of work and tools that are needed when dealing with this energy. It is scary because I am being attacked. It feels like another being near me when it’s present in my house.
@@mrholmes8 do you think you will ever come to terms with it or kind of like be tolerant enough to be able to withstand it without medication? Or is it really that unbearable to be with? I hope I am not being rude nor annoying, I´m just very curious.
What religion are you? Just curious. Do you think your psychosis had anything to do with it? I don't feel spirits but I do get delusions of grandeur and of Christianity because that was the religion I was born in. I absolutely need my medicine and without it I don't know if I'd be able to be crisis free for so many years.
Hi I am spiritual and I believe there is creator but not like some believe more of a higher level creator, source. I believe heaven and hell are on earth right now and that we all go to a better place after we die.
I'm bipolar type 1 too and all my delusional episodes always have spiritual and religious tones and themes but my imagination goes wild and takes bits of information from everywhere and weaves a personal narrative I start seeing signs everywhere things that I was just thinking about or dreamed of the night before just popping up until the point it could not be a coincidence and then things get really fluid with my views on reality til I end up in a clinic get my meds adjusted and go back to work but there are still things I've experienced in my episodes that have changed my entire view of reality and God and the universe and what we are
@@mrholmes8 are you still taking this much lithium? The most I’ve taken is 900 mg. How much water do you drink? Does the lithium make you numb? I ask because I can relate to your crisis.

I don’t see a resolution to it off medication. It is too invasive to say the least.

What medication do you take
I take 20mg olanzapine, 10mg saphris and 1200mg lithium.
