  • Trevor Connelly is one of the most controversial prospects for the 2024 NHL Draft due to some off-ice issues in his past, but tried to stress his personal growth and work away from the rink. The Tri-City Storm star visited with 22 NHL teams during his time in Buffalo, but only participated in upper-body testing due to a knee injury while training.

Any team who selects after 15th who doesn't pick Connelly is saying portraying ourselves as a 'Woke' organization is more important than winning the Cup.

Well, my Golden Knights are taking the gamble, but listening to this interview, he definitely seems more mature now than I’m sure he was back when he made his publicized mistakes. Got more growing to do no doubt, but this was a good media scrum for him no doubt! Hope he can keep his nose clean and his future bright!

He actually seems far more humble and grounded than I anticipated.

Pass. His backstory is creepy. He has "bad teammate" written all over him.

Unless a catton or someone with similar talent drops to 15 Yzerman needs to take a gamble on this kid l wings need some elite forwards in the system

  • @justinmercado6515

I'm hoping the LA Kings draft this kid at #21.

  • @KidCudi72

the character concern allegations are way, way overblown. top 16 pick, and rightfully so.

Could certainly see a team in the middle of the first jump up a spot or two if he's on the board and take him. If you're 17th and he's on the board at 15 it's worth the small risk and small price to get that level of talent compared to what is typically available

  • @johnk8525

I hope the kid matures he is a talent

  • @upsan01

He is well rehearsed. His answers responding to past issues seems to be very well rehearsed and don't seem to be genuine.

    ASPD ?

  • @bangbangyoureaboolean1324

Any chance he falls into the late 20s?

  • @suzettesmith

He has a certain arrogance about him. It’s almost like he’s answering a question before it’s finished being asked. His answers were also very curt. And I went into his video with an open mind so I doubt he’s winning many teams over based on his past
