I just received mine a couple days ago, It is surprisingly GOOD...I don't find it noisy at all, my only problem is, the lever used to turn it on, does not click in the open position like hers did. Mine is broken, and getting no place with company....that so far seems to be the only problem. I tried towels yesterday and they came out so well, just damp, so much water was spun out...very good machine. ( i force the dial to the open position, and try to hold it there till I can close the lid, and do the same to open lid.)
Call them back until you get results. If you used a credit card, then call your credit card company or bank to dispute it. Chances are the company will either reimburse you or send you another one.
@@Matthew19v26 Not happening, I am told to return the item, which I can't do..I am 71, no car and no one to help me get it to UPS drop off...I told them this and have not heard from them again...so I'll keep it, it does work well otherwise....thanks for your help
You turn the white knob to the left until it clicks open. You can see how it's done in this video. It won''t start spinning the clothes until after you turn the knob back to the right.
