Hi Philip, thanks for the videos. I have managed to configure an Xwave 2 wireless door contact sensor using IDSwift. The keypad shows the zone as permanently violated although the contact is closed. Do you have any advice or video which shows how to solve this issue?
What if we don’t have the installer code? Like someone changed it and we don’t have it. Is there any way of getting around it without defaulting the panel?
Hi, i managed to get the software and sent new data to the panel - updated a zone name as a check. The lcd however, still shows old data. I did a receive to validate my send and and the new data did download. so how do i get the key pad to show the updated info ?
Is there a way to connect to the IDS panel with Swift software using the HYYP IP module via ethernet connection? or does it only connect using the serial - usb cable. I want to avoid buying this cable
