Im thinking of applying ED but im not too sure. Does Midd get lonely in winter? I worry about the seasonal depression and if thats a thing there. Also, is being in such an isolated area limiting?

Sorry I haven't been checking my youtube for a while. Yes I studied Japanese for three years at Midd and got a Japanese minor. The Japanese department at Midd is AMAZING. I love the professors and the community. Best luck to you!!! And let me know if you have questions about the Japanese department.
Hi Catie! I think time ppl spend studying is different for everyone, and I had a more busy schedule since I had a science major + two minors. On average I spent 10-20 hours each week for each class I took. Yeah it was a lot of studying for sure, especially during exam weeks. But I’m an overachiever as you can clearly tell and I think if you want a lighter schedule it’s definitely possible.
why is the CS building always the ugliest building? in my college the CS department was located inside the basement of the maintenance building! even the groundskeepers of the school had a better location than us... and we were a real academic subject
