There is a lot of construction going on there. 🚧 I guess that's the price of forward progress. 👣

    Nice video.
Most of the buildings on campus are straight out ugly.

Wellll...I can only claim credit for the video part...so thanks! I'll let the building architects respond to the second part *holding breath*. Take care! 😃

It grows on you. This video spent a lot of time in the back campus area and around Leavey and the Medical school, which is definitely the ugliest part of campus. As a student you wouldn't take this walk. From 11:00 to 24:30 he is filming a part of campus you would never see in four years of undergrad. The classrooms and dorms are all centrally located around the front lawn for the most part, which opens onto the cobblestone streets of Georgetown itself, which becomes just as much a part of campus as the school proper. Keep in mind this is video was filmed on probably the most disgusting day of the entire year. Also, all the construction is unsightly but ultimately a good sign for the future. Recent building projects have shown a deeper consideration of aesthetics. It's an incredible school, and if you are interested for the right reasons please don't let this video dissuade you from attending.

@@adamf.4823 by no means. I have applied to Georgetown for a PhD in philosophy. It is a good school; aesthetics alone would not change my decision. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Where are the students? I notice that these City wander videos rarely show students and the campuses seem dismal
