This scene is so heartbreaking, they perfectly composed this song and its lyrics for this specific moment. The silent shock and revelation in Seiya's eyes, the regret in his singing voice about the "what if?". No matter what anyone says I'll always have a soft spot for him. Seiya deserves to find happiness.

IMO, they should've figured something out after the ep where they all had to transform in Usagi's house. lol A sudden influx of Sailor Soldiers popping up when the owner of the home and her guests are conveniently hiding. lol

there is no sailor earth because endymion represents earth. there is no sailor sun because all the sailor soldiers of our solar system are named for places they used to live, and no one can live on the sun.
As the other two said. Endymion/Mamoru represents the earth so there can't be a Sailor Earth, because as Naoko (the creator of SM) said, only girls/women can be sailors, no exception. All the other sailors were princesses too before they vowed their loyalty to Silver Millennium and became Sailors for the sake of serving and protecting Usagi, the next generation's queen of Silver Millennium. Sailors are meant to fight and had offensive attacks granted to them by their planets, this is why Jupiter called for Planet Jupiter's help when she used thunder for her attack. I did hear that Naru (Usagi's friend from middle school to high school way before she even met Ami) was meant to be Sailor Earth (which mean that she was supposed to be Endymion/Mamoru's reincarnated little sister) but it got scrapped off by Naoko.
they should have shown what the whole room looks like while everyone transforms simultaneously... it looks like a mad disco club or something...
