Bristol born and bread here for the last 25 years! I may be bias but it's one of the best places to live - I think that is! Everyone is so easy going, it chill and SO much history and art culture. I work in Clifton and used to cross the suspension bridge twice a day every day. The view is STUNNING in the summer evenings and lights up with lights in the dark parts of the evenings! I love other people experiencing the beauty that is our city!
Love the life you're living Paige. I've lived in England all my life and haven't been to many cities ans towns outside London. Love your videos. Keep up the good work!
That cardboard cut out is isambard kingdom Brunel one of the most celebrated engineers of all time he designed and oversaw the construction but never lived to see its completion the rumour is that he haunts the bridge
I love the travel vlogs England looks amazing so many cute places to explore can't wait to visit I say that all the time because I'm truly dying to visit London, York, Costwolds, Bristol and many more areas just not feasible right now for awhile but one day loved the vlog.
As someone who has lived in Bristol all my 17years 😂 I have not once been inside the observatory to the microscope so that was so cool to see or go into wake the tiger! Glad you enjoyed seeing Bristol tho :)
Bristol looks amazing! I watched a International House Hunter show that included Bristol as it's focus and this city really seems like a winner. And it's more affordable than the bigger cities in the UK. The food Paige & friend were enjoying made me hungry. Paige once again awesome travel video. Paige, the UK government should hire you as it's goodwill Ambassador to encourage American travelers to visit the UK. Honestly I can't think of anybody else that could be more effective. Personally speaking I just renewed my Passport for spring of next year plans. Uh-huh yeah Paige has something to do with that!
Another nice vlog Paige! Funny you mentioned you're apprehension of bridges - the very first vlog I saw of you was when you had just landed in London and you were tackling a bridge over a road - yes, you have come a long way, well done! 👏Bristol Uni is one of the best in the UK BTW (it's where a lot of people who don't get into Oxbridge go).
I agree with you Paige; Bristol is beautiful, especially the Aquarium. Like the Street wall graffiti too. I subscribe to an UK couple who lives in Bristol and they've never shown these many activities around their city. Thanks for sharing and being the coolest Tour Guide.😊😁
Bristol looks beautiful. I have a thing about bridges too. That suspension bridge was fine, it’s the little ones in London that I had a melt down. Thanks for sharing your adventure. So cool that you were invited. You got some vlogger pull. Stay Blessed. [Yeah who is that man?]
Another wonderful video! I went to University of Bristol and love the city. ❤Please can you confirm the name and address of the art studio where you sprayed painted the images? Thank you so much! 😊
We have such a huge history of different cultures, hobbies, inventors in fact you name it’s here or has been lol. Chocolate bars were invented here, it’s the only place in the world you can get real cheddar cheese as it’s aged in the cheddar caves which gives it its unique flavour, you seen the suspension bridge which was invented by the guy who you saw a cardboard cut out of who is isambard kingdom Brunel, we have the harbourside which is hundreds of years old and still in use. Many many other things were invented here and let’s be fair it’s a beautiful city full of historic buildings surrounded by an even more beautiful countryside with a history that goes back farther than a lot of countries lol.
I've heard someone from England say Georgia reminds them of England in how green it is and how many trees. I see what they mean here. Also, little known is that Georgia actually gets a huge amount of rain like England. The difference is Georgia gets alot of that rain in giant downpours in between alot of sunny days. England, however, has much more gentle rainfall and not as many sunny days.
Poor man designed the bridge, died waiting for the bridge, designed the SS Great Britain and numerous other amazing structures around Bristol and the UK and you want to stick him in the corner. How did you make it around Bristol for two days without learning about him? It's OK Isambard kingdom Brunel we still love you. ❤️
If your preoccupation is food and being on a sponsored jolly then this was a great video.l love Bristol and the beauty within but if l was a outsider l would have learnt very little. On a lighter note l thought the girls were carefree and l can only hope they only took good things away from their visit.
@@PaigeMariah Wishing you well, must point out l was only making a comment how l see life now.No platform ,no channel, very little media communication nous.l am this very old Proud Bristolian even if we all sound like pirate l still love it here.l would love to see your take on Wroclaw in Poland( invite me along also)l wouldn't be able to keep up with you🥴😉.Anyway if you do,speed it up a bit as there's a bit of cancer this end and l wouldn't want to miss that.Lovely food, love place, views, sights, night life and friendly.Have a great old time whatever your up to..........so should everyone.
Should have filmed homeless people, have noticed a few sprinkled around Bristol. Some sitting near the bridge you were passing. Bristol has a real homelessness issue. That could have helped to attract attention to a something real…Instead of just showing the good time you have whilst someone else is paying for it…
Most of them and I mean like a good 90% are 1. Not homeless. And 2. Mostly not Bristolian. But are definitely there to beg for money which fools give them to buy drink and drugs and thus killing them softly with their ill thought out kindness. Bristol has great services for the homeless but housing is nigh on impossible even if there were plenty of accommodation. And many of these people you see begging on the streets in Bristol have not only a serious drug problem but a mental health one too. They could not hold down a tenancy. Mostly they live in hostels, like the one on Jamaica St.
@@minipisa7595 50 and Bristolian here and living on Jamaica st for 20 plus , I can confirm there’s a lot of bull 💩 from most of these so called ‘homeless’ . But yeh there are some some actually sleeping out at night. But mostly the beggars aren’t. They either have a place or in a hostel of some sort. But as I said , it’s the mental health of these people stopping them even being considered for rehousing . It’s a sad state of affairs and similar in most big cities across UK.
Give it a rest. They went for a good time. It’s very upsetting there’s homelessness, But you could get yourself depressed with other peoples problems. Or possible bad life decisions. Life’s to short, you can enjoy life. And help people out in your own ways, and at another time.

Camera obscurer, it is similar to how a film camera worked. Periscope technology reflected onto a surface.
