Replacing O rings on Cam Chain Tensioner BMW K1300s

I’ve been meaning to do this for a while. Very easy to do and worth doing to avoid tensioner draining oil if left for long periods.

Hi i have k1300r 2011 on 70 000 do you know when i have to change the timing chain because there is some strange noise first 2 3 second when i start the bike and some time
