This is why I love to be the Medic, it's stressing, Everybody starts calling you since the game starts... And at the end of the day if you hear "Medic" you're gonna run with a water gun shooting to people trying to heal them.

they are totally fine and are at full health if the background on the icon is red, it means they're on very low health so its good to heal them.
