CalHFA 2024 - What you NEED to know

I first met Frank on March 30th, 2023, when he inquired about the CalHFA Dream for All program's eligibility. Within 24 hours, he completed the loan application and underwent the qualification process.
Frank began his home search and quickly found a property he loved. He opened escrow on a new build home within 5 days of speaking with me.
You might be thinking, how did Frank get $97,980 for down payment and closing costs through the CalHFA Dream for All program?
This program offers a 20% down payment assistance to eligible homebuyers. Frank's completion of the loan application confirmed his qualification.
