Great video! No matter how many videos I watch about FHA and conventional loans I always learn something new. I have been looking west of Western Ave between Miracle Mile and Mid-City, but many people are still on those pandemic comp highs. The gravy train is over for sellers but we still have to wait for more inventory for these comps to come down, even more than what they are doing now.

I have to work for a brokerage? Can I just work for myself ?

I have taken the real estate exam 3 times already, and i haven't passed. I'm honestly really worried whether or not i can do this. But my scores aren't low, i just need a little extra push. What should I do?

Hi again! So for CA, on my first try I didn't get any math problems - I am guessing it is bc the test is on a computer and you aren't even allowed to take paper or a pencil for math problem solving. My second try is tomorrow I will update you on this if I happen to get some this next time... oh and also if I pass ! 😁😁👌👌🙏🙏

on that link that you shared below can i take those pretest as many times as id like or is it a payment for just a one time prep test?

This was my first time viewing your CA-RE EXAM content. Darren, BRAVO!!! It was clearly presented and concise!!! I have subscribed to your channel to prep for my RE Salesperson testing next month.

So if I as a homeowner tell a contractor, I want him to work on only my project until it’s done, is that just a dealbreaker for every contractor?

I love that it’s just a giant cube😂 but hey, I’m an engineer, and I can’t argue with practicality😊 though ranch layout would have been epic if possible.

How did you finance? What kind of lending institutions do loans for that? Or did you HELOC?

I found your videos on the day I had to take my exam and I am sure that it is because I watched several of these videos right before I went in to take the exam that I got far enough to almost passing my first try!
