why he got to waste that cereal doe
3:12 first thing they're gonna burn (when working out, training, or playing) is their glycogen stores..so they'll need sugar to get it right back after the training / workout
3:34 carbohydrates are the biggest source of fuel that these guys (athletes) need
Get the bananas in these guys
i did that when I played football
All that food and no weed to enjoy it smh
cereal? no wonder they get their ass kicked
Lol no wonder why y’all can’t reach a bowl game y’all are feeding them trash 😐
The difference between a “Power 5” team and the Ball State’s of the world? Money. Not entirely Ball State’s fault.
Just look at the Hurricanes Training Table. Leaps and bounds better.
I mean people comparing Ball State to any P5 are stupid. I'm a Gamecock fan.. Coach Lembo is the ST coach on Beamer's staff so this popped up in my videos. That all said the money isn't there to have the fancy setup of an Alabama or Ohio State. Ball State pulls in around $28 million in total athletics revenue and pumps that right back into the programs. tOSU does over $200 million and Alabama over $190 million. People are so clueless about the financial situations and the inability to provide the same experience in certain ways due to that. Is it unfair? Probably not, but collegiate sports weren't begun for fairness. They were started for competition. This is also 2015 and I'd bet Ball State has changed its nutrition and strength programs in that time frame. I went to a small D2 school and its football program played at a high school stadium until the on-campus stadium was completed by junior year. And it was all about money. Donors poured in money and the school expanded a ton in athletics and academics while I was there. US colleges and universities are businesses.
Lucky Charms for lunch?
coach ben armor has a fat lip in at 2:49
Hopefully there feeding them alot more lean meals
feed em Alpo
Rob W lol
Damn a lot of unhealthy cereal
And pizza too!? Damn lol
Cereal is not food.
They need to focus more on fruits and vegetables.
Not really. You should focus more on your own body and your type 2.
Not as tough as basic training and AIT
I dont think nutrition is being considered at all here....poor food choices, no portion control. Diets should be tailored to each individual... thats probably why most of them are fat? Could be wrong....
The significant amount of calories football players burn on a daily basis through training, with the combination of a high BMR to maintain their weight and lean body mass, these guys need to replenish a lot! So it’s not like them having sugary cereal or pizza is gonna do any harm like make them fat. Not to mention it seemed like they did have plenty of pretty healthy food choices.
Most of this didn't look healthy at all
A B this is simply not true nor did I say they should stick to vegetable linemen can eat whatever they want plus when you are bulking I do recommend staying as lean as possible which is what I do and rob lipsett athlete x student astetics nick bare nic pallidino Scott Herman fitness Zaxbys perna and many more. This is because even tho y'all are gaining the exact same amount of muscle if y'all were to eat 3400 calories and healthy food or 3400 calories in junk food the muscle will be the same but the fat will be very different and if you gain lots of fat it will be a lot harder to lose it
fueling the one stars to Mac stardom the university is wasting money on the food they have no fans it's d2 football. The kids don't deserve it, if they deserved it they would be at big time d1 programs
they are d1
the way they play they might as well be a D2
what exactly do you know about college football
EMU Toolbox...You are being really insensitive bro, these kids work hard and deserve this food...grow up, I don't care what level they play, and by the way the MAC Is a good competitive football conference, come on man, these kids bust their ass...have you ever played sports? Highest level I played was high school hoops and our team meals were great, especially the bonding as we ate, our coach made white guys and black guys eat together, playing made me a better person in a lot of ways,,,
