I IMPROVED MY COUNTERATTACK IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES (BAJADA) - the4Set

The Bajada or the shot after glass is one of the most difficult shots in Padel... and my worst shot without any doubt. In this new session with Mauri Andrini I tried my best to improve it and this is what happened!

I love how Mauri explain that he want the ball to bounce twice before hitting the glass. I had been using my wrist too much and I thought I am hitting a good bajada. Pushing the ball - not whipping the ball with the wrist is the key to a good bajada. This short video is going to take my game to the next level. VAMOS!!!! BTW, any chance of doing something similar for a back-hand bajada?
