Interesting that these are made with walnuts😮 Mexican Wedding Cookies are usually made with vanilla and walnuts whereas Russian Tea Cookies are made with vanilla and almond extracts and toadted pecans. Several variations on a theme.

Make it easy just use a small scooper they all come out the same size and you don't have to weigh and cover this and cover that takes too much time waste of time
